Hello ser,thank you for your answer, but please note that:  
1:there’re two staking flavors: Staking and Stake Delegation, it doesn’t include voters.

Stakers will be able to vote with their staked tokens in the future, but not yet (will be added soon after the first phase:[SNIP 18: Staking’s First Stage on Starknet - #17 by NatanSW](https://community.starknet.io/t/snip-18-staking-s-first-stage-on-starknet/114334/17)).  
2:Withdrawal Security lock up period is 21 days([SNIP 18: Staking’s First Stage on Starknet](https://community.starknet.io/t/snip-18-staking-s-first-stage-on-starknet/114334#p-2357184-economical-parameters-11) ) not 5 minutes.  
and the 5 minutes is currently the parameter on the testnet, not the mainnet,please refer to: [x.com](https://x.com/Starknet/status/1843618593264877635)
