I think I understand your point - when describing sucha complex system at an early point we can’t go to the specifics of every single detail, so looking into ordering and MEV right now might be a bit early.
However, we should make sure to still keep it in mind, as we can see now in Ethereum how much pain it has caused and how diligently it is being combatted.
