Is Starknet community open minded to innovate in voting system?

Hi folks! I am glad to be here and starting to collaborate with. After reading several Vitalik Buterin blog posts and criticisms regarding decentralized governance, I started researching about new ways of voting trying to avoid polarization in community. I found Neutrosophy as a possible solution. I build a library in Solidity and want to rebuild it in Cairo and improve it. But first I would like to check if the community is open to innovate in voting system because it implies to think outside of box.
