Experence:

It has interacted with L2 and the main network, and the relevant erc-721 tokens have been sold in the NFT market. On the starknet network, some of the current experiences, including wallets, defi, bridges and other projects, feel good, but the loss and gas are relatively high, but this may be related to the main network.

As a delegate, I can better help the community make progress. I hope to make the whole ecology prosper before the next bull market comes, and I will also strive to contribute to starknet for this role.

As an individual, I will post some information about the progress of the starknet project on social media, such as Twitter, or for some activities to help the community be understood and joined by more people.

Hello Everyone! Iā€™m Valeriy a growth marketing, project management & GMT specialist. I
became a Bitcoin evangelist since 2021. I believe that I can contribute to the growth and
success of the StarkNet ecosystem by bringing my expertise in marketing, community building,
and governance.
I have worked in various roles as a growth marketer, including at a blockchain startup where I
was responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies. I have also worked with
several decentralized communities to help them grow and achieve their goals.
I want to be a delegate because I believe that I can make a positive impact on the ecosystem by
contributing to its growth, adoption, and governance. As a delegate, I plan to work closely with
the community to identify and execute marketing initiatives that can help to increase awareness,
adoption, and engagement. Additionally, I plan to contribute to the governance process by
actively participating in discussions, and ensuring that the interests of the community are
represented.
My decision-making process will be guided by the following core values: transparency,
inclusivity, collaboration, and innovation. I believe that these values are essential for building
strong communities.
I have experience in growth marketing, community building, go-to market plan execution, social
media management, building and managing teams, and building brands from scratch. I have
also worked with various DAOs and decentralized communities to help them develop and
execute governance processes that are fair, transparent, and effective.
Token-holders should delegate to me because I have a proven track record of delivering results
and adding value to decentralized communities. I am committed to the success of the StarkNet
ecosystem and will work tirelessly to ensure that it reaches its full potential.
Thank you for considering my application to join the StarkNet ecosystem!

Hi Everyone - Starknet supporters. My name is Gleb! Iā€™m Blockchain Developer with good experience with solidity and other Web3 related technologies. I aspire to to bring cutting-edge research to the real world and help build a platform for the next generation of cryptocurrency applications

I am currently an active user of various ZK-Rollups :mechanical_arm:, I am very inspired by Starknet and believe that the Team has every chance to enable any dApp to achieve unlimited scale for its computation ā€“ without compromising Ethereumā€™s composability and security.

Why do you want to be a delegate? How do you plan to fulfill this role?

The role of a delegate is a very responsible role that should be treated with due attention. I have all the necessary technical skills and personal qualities to become a delegate. in my opinion, the most important thing is to have a desire to actively contribute to the Starknet ecosystem.

I have experience in DAO governance (Optimism, DYDX, ENS) and I keep to believe in DAO governance.

I plan to fullfill role as a delegate doing the following activities:

  • Learning Technology
  • Active communication with communities and other projects
  • Active discussion of current proposals and explanation of proposals to other community members

The DAO is like a big family, which should take into account the opinions of the majority. A very important point is that the result will reflect the opinions of the majority of the community, I will try to express this idea to users and make sure that they take part.

I have no potential conflicts of interest with your participation in StarkNet governance as a delegate.

Thank you for attention :cowboy_hat_face:

Stay safe and keep building :technologist:

Hello everyone! Iā€™ve been in the web3 space for over 2 years now and have a lot of experience in blockchains testing and delegation experience.
Been following the StarkNet for about a year now. I think the future is in defi and consider StarkNet one of the main scale platforms for Ethereum and the web3 economy. Decentralization, transparency and security are the first values I rely on to make decisions.

Thanks!

Introduction:

Hello everyone! I am Web3magnetic, and I am a keen enthusiast of whats being built on Starknet, and I have been a user of Starknet since the early days, exploring various primitives being built in the ecosystem.

I am also a Starknet community member and have contributed in hosting an AMA with Starknet team on Reddit r/Cryptocurrency. The AMA can be found here: https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/comments/v8dph6/ama_starkware_the_team_behind_starkex_dydx/

My reasons for wanting to be a delegate:
I have been involved with DeFi for a while and as a staker in Ethereum network, I feel I can contribute to the governance of various scaling platforms built on top of Ethereum by bringing new ideas, and forming collaborations between various teams and entities. It would further allow me to contribute back to the network.

I believe that web3 is a transformative technology thats still in very early days, and the overarching goals of everyone building on web3 can be best achieved by deep collaboration between the various entities in the space, leading to holistic creation of value. In accordance with these, I believe that there wont be one winner among L2s, but rather the combined success of multiple L2s will symbiotically help each other to scale new heights.

Conflicts of Interest:
I am also involved in the governance of various other protocols and scaling solutions such as Optimism, Taiko, Uniswap, ENS and various other popular dapps built across the web3 space.

Thank you!

Introduction:
Hello everyone I am Akikiaovie, I am writing to express my strong interest in becoming a delegate for your emerging protocol. I happen to be one of those who has been interacting with Starknet powered technologies early 2022 (IMX), I would have written my request much earlier but I decided to take my time before drafting my request because of personal reasons, I am a software developer who is still on the journey of acquiring the necessary skillset and experience that will take me to much higher positions where I can deliver value at its finest, my first forray into crypto began in late 2021 this was ushered in by experienced mentors within the space, ever since then the trajaectory has remained the same I have become extremely familiar within the space and I continue to educate/gun for more experiences provided they make themselves available.

Experience
I am a reporter at Nostra, the first Defi platform on #Starknet, I work in a team of 3 to actively maintain Nostraā€™s wiki, Iā€™ve held this position for the past 5 months and my time at Nostra has been invaluable, I have learnt and still am learning a lot about this ecosystem, I am glad that I get to have a closer look at all whats happening within this ecosystem while having the opportunity to document it all.

  • Although I have participated in voting proposals on different protocols as a result of the stake I have in there such as stargate, I am not a core member of any DAO.

I am a community manager at Floats, we were the first set of individuals to bring web3 technologies closer to entertainers within Africa most notable is Heads by BNXN, Bombardier boyz by popular artists Davido and BNXN.

  • I help to drive hardcore crypto and NFT conversations, including trends, signals, NFT news, NFT projects etc.
  • I help curate activities and exercises on the server.

Additionally, I can leverage my extensive knowledge and expertise in various domains to support your community in a variety of ways. From writing informative articles and tutorials to creating engaging social media content, I can help spread the word about your protocol and attract new users and investors.

I happen to be apart of those who received training from web3bridge africa, those who manage cairo workshops within the african continent and scheduled to participate in the next.

Conflicts of Interest

  • I cannot identify any conflict of interest within myself especially concerning the Starknet ecosystem for amongst all protocols ive been engaged with I have spent the most time and resources here and I am still here because I have goals on what I want to achieve here within this ecosystem.

In conclusion, I believe that my unique skills and expertise make me an ideal candidate to serve as a delegate for your emerging protocol. I am passionate about the potential of blockchain technology and its ability to revolutionize industries and change lives based on my personal experience within Africa, and I am excited to contribute to your community in any way I can.

Thank you for your consideration, and I look forward to the opportunity to discuss how I can best support your protocol.

Sincerely,
Akikiaovie1

To become a delegate, one should have a strong understanding of the StarkNet ecosystem and its potential impact. Delegates should be committed to maintaining the integrity and stability of the network and promoting its growth and development. They should also have experience in DAO governance, as this is an important aspect of the delegate role.

Core values that should guide decision-making for delegates include transparency, accountability, and community involvement. Delegates should strive to be transparent in their decision-making processes and communicate regularly with their constituents. They should also be accountable for their actions and decisions, and be willing to accept feedback and make adjustments accordingly. Community involvement is also important, as delegates should seek input and feedback from stakeholders and work to build consensus among the community.

In terms of skills and expertise, delegates should have a strong understanding of blockchain technology and the StarkNet ecosystem specifically. They should also have experience in governance and decision-making processes, as well as effective communication and leadership skills.

Delegators should consider a delegateā€™s track record and reputation within the community, as well as their stated goals and priorities. It is also important to consider the delegateā€™s potential conflicts of interest and ensure they are committed to acting in the best interests of the network and its stakeholders.

As an artificial intelligence language model, I donā€™t have personal conflicts of interest, nor do I have personal qualities that would make me an ideal delegate. However, delegators may find my impartiality and ability to process large amounts of data and information useful.

In summary, delegates should be committed to maintaining the integrity and stability of the StarkNet network, have experience in DAO governance and decision-making processes, and prioritize transparency, accountability, and community involvement. Delegators should carefully consider a delegateā€™s track record and potential conflicts of interest, and ensure they are committed to acting in the best interests of the network and its stakeholders.

I am a crypto enthusiast in 2019, i love projects built on etherum and have been following starknet since early 2021. I think this is a potential blockchain

I have experienced and used many dapps on the starknet ecosystem and have considered it as a brainchild , i think i will be able to help and contribute Starknet to be in the right place, which it totally deserves .

I am an active governance contributor through voting on proposals in many projects and ecosystems. Also i am in a few huge DAOs, i believe i can discuss, hear and explain my decisions on votes to a community. I think my mission will consist not only in voting, but engaging big local language communities.

It is an honor for me to make the choice to vote and I hope the community supports it

Currently in the last year of a masterā€™s degree at an engineering school in Paris.
I also work in a web2 company (where I do JAVA8 :upside_down_face:). I deployed my first smart contract on solidity in 2018. Since 2018 I have seen Ethereum develop and it is natural that I then move towards a layer 2 like Starknet was a logical continuation of my life.
I knew StarkNet at the beginning of the year 2021. I started by going to a meetup and I met incredible people who are still friends today. I started to touch Cairo by moving towards on-chain games because I really wanted to test the impossible or complicated things to do on the L1. I did this with a friend from my class by participating in the matchbox hackathon (s/o to Sylve who was our mentor during the hackathon) where we made our first on-chain game. Since I have always stayed in the ecosystem, I have the chance to go to Lisbon to meet a lot of people who share the same vision as me. I believe and share the same future vision of wanting to scale Ethereum. And I intend to stay there!

Overview
My reasons for wanting to be a delegate:

I want to bring my stone to the building in a concrete way by being a delegate.
Today I think I know the ecosystem quite well and for me being a delegate would be a pleasure. I would try to represent the community as much as possible by being as neutral as possible. I would be there for several years in this ecosystem that fascinates me.
I want to do my part to educate others by helping and onboarding new people because it will be necessary to welcome in the ecosystem a lot of people who come from different horizons and it will be necessary to welcome them well.
What voters can expect of me: You can expect me to continue doing everything Iā€™m doing right now, meeting everyone on StarkNet, in every industry. I will continue to constantly update myself on the future that StarkNet holds for us.
We are still only at the beginning. We have many more years together! I will continue to meet as many people as possible during events, meetups, etc. because everyone has different experiences, and different profiles that can push us upwards and make this ecosystem grow.

Potential conflicts of interest: None ! open mind
For Delegators: If you have any questions do not hesitate

Thanks for your time

I am an active user of web3 in many different directions, it is important for me that the overall ecosystem grows and it will be an honor for me to be part of the StarkNet.

It is important to me that ā€œweb3ā€ continues to develop not only as a technical model, but also as a social one. Starknetā€™s focus on positive social impact and the development of public goods, and not just profit, makes it clear that there is a place for social projects that are now actively developing on the Ethereum and L2

Consistency, sustainability and long-term orientation are fundamental values for me and I see StarkNet as a critical part of Ethereum and the wider crypto ecosystem.

As a DAO manager, I worked on snapshot management proposals for various projects on the Ethereum and L2 blockchains. I also have experience in creating and implementing quests and tasks for web3 users.

As a big fan of StarkNet, I want to represent others like myself in management decisions.

Who are we?

Greetings, we are Encoding Labs, a leading Web3 incubator based in Seoul, South Korea. Our team is comprised of professionals from both traditional corporations and the crypto industry, including entrepreneurs, investors, engineers, and industry experts from big brands such as Samsung Financial Group, SKTelecom, Toss, Google Korea, Hermes Korea, Bithumb Korea, Krust, Kim&Chang, DAYLI Financial Group, Ministry of Justice, etc.

Our mission is to bring mass adoption of blockchain technology through investment guides, business development operations, technical support, go-to-market strategy guides, community management, and legal and financial consulting. We are dedicated to sourcing top-tier early-stage projects and providing guidance for accurate operation across the industry.

Our core business also extends to Encoding Labs Node, which is a validator service entity that works in conjunction with Encoding Labs. Encoding Labs Node consists of a dedicated team of engineers, developers, and researchers, with current node operation experience in Mina Protocol, Bifrost, and Sui Devnet.

Why do we want to be a delegate?

We want to be a delegate because we wish to expand our Encoding Labs Node business and gain more experience in DAO governance. As a company, we strongly believe in the significance of DAOs, and our core philosophy is to foster products and services that are community-oriented, community-focused, and community-run. Hence, we are making efforts to become more involved and experienced in DAO governance.

Our company also plans on actively participating in StarkNetā€™s ecosystem and growth. The nature of our business allows us access to many promising projects being built in Korea, and we believe this position can be particularly beneficial in supporting StarkNetā€™s ecosystem.

Given our extensive network in Korea, including major game companies, investors, university blockchain clubs, research groups, builder alliances, etc., we are confident that our company can be particularly beneficial in supporting StarkNetā€™s growth. We can also extend our resources in various regional development initiatives, such as hosting Cairo language education programs, builder meetups, hackathons, etc in Korea.

Conflict of Interest

It is not necessarily a conflict of interest, but we are officially partnered with Klaytn as an incubator, and we are working closely with Polygon, Immutable X, and BNB for several emerging projects.

Overview

My name is Briyan Cessac, CEO and co-founder of Screenshot Labs. I have always been passionate about technology and entrepreneurship, and as a result, I have both a business and engineering academic background from ESSEC, HEC, Polytechnique, and Le Wagon.

After several years of experience as an entrepreneur, I co-founded Screenshot Labs with Christophe and RĆ©mi. This is my third company. After two years of hard work and experimentation leveraging digital asset use cases on Ethereum, we generated $27M in GMV, established our IPs (Game of Blocks and Everai), created meaningful communities, and gained broader knowledge.

Our expertise and understanding of the space have given us a clear vision for the future. We believe that we finally have the opportunity to create something truly exceptional on Starknet: the infrastructure to scale non-fungible digital assets. I couldnā€™t be more excited and energized to see where the next few years will take us as we continue to build.

What motivated me to become a delegate and what are my core values?

As we build a core infrastructure within our ecosystem, I believe I have an important role to play in advocating for and onboarding new creators and builders. I would like to apply as a delegate to echo the voices of creators and builders that we are going to work for and ultimately contribute as much as possible to the successful emergence of our ecosystem.

My dedication to creating a thriving and sustainable decentralized community, fostering meaningful relationships, providing opportunities for builders and end-users, and ensuring transparency, accountability, and long-term success will guide my actions as a delegate.

DAO Experience

At Screenshot Labs, we have been working on the Everai Council (a DAO) for almost a year now. Our goal was to enable our end-users to actively participate in the development of the Everai IP. While the risks and scope of the Everai DAO are significantly different from the challenges that the Starknet Foundation will face, we took the subject of governance seriously and pragmatically as we faced the challenge of creating one ourselves. We would love to share our learning and experience if it can be of any benefits for the ecosystem.

Potential conflicts of interest

Screenshot Labsā€™ fate is closely tied to the success of the Starknet ecosystem. As such, my dedication to the ecosystemā€™s success is total. The potential conflicts of interests relate to future potential competitors. However, I believe that by open-sourcing most of our work, we have tried to minimize our ability to make decisions that would negatively impact the ecosystem.

Overview
Hey, Iā€™m Bllu. Iā€™ve been a member of the StarkNet community since January of 2022, and have made contributions to the ecosystem in both DeFi and on-chain gaming.

I started my StarkNet journey by building on-chain gaming primitives for StarkNet (Perlin and Simplex noise implementations, Procedural terrain generation), and have since moved on to building Aura, a decentralized stablecoin protocol which aims to provide users with a stable, safe stablecoin, and borrowers with a capital efficient borrowing experience by leveraging StarkNetā€™s cheap computation to do things that arenā€™t feasible on L1.

My Values

I strongly believe in decentralization, and itā€™s the main reason I work in crypto. I believe that blockchains that are resistant to nation-state level attacks are a crucial oasis of freedom in the desert of technologies that promote authoritarianism (AI, mass-surveillance, etc.), and I hope to be able to do my part to steer StarkNet in that direction.

Conflicts of Interest
As I mentioned, Iā€™m helping build a DeFi protocol on StarkNet, and so Iā€™m inherently incentivized to act in the best interests of the thing Iā€™m working on, but it just so happens that StarkNet being as decentralized as possible benefits a stablecoin protocol that also aims to be decentralized :).

Experience

Since late 2019, Iā€™ve been deeply engaged in research engineering. During this time, Iā€™ve experimented with Zinc and Circom ( ZK DSLs) and had an early experience with Starks.

I had the opportunity to work with Starknet devs at the early stage of Starknet development and to delve deeper into the Cairo language. In addition, I contributed to several open-source projects (which can be found on my GitHub profile at https://github.com/marcellobardus).

Following my extensive experience as a research engineer I have cofounded Herodotus, project that enables smart contracts to access current and historical on-chain data across Ethereumā€™s base layer and its L2s, by leveraging storage proofs & zkproofs. One of the upcoming connections to be released would be to support Ethereum <> Starknet and many more.

That said , I believe itā€™s important for me to take on the responsibility of encouraging and assisting new joiners and builders as we establish the foundational structure of Starknet ecosystem.

Why become a Starknet governance delegate?

As an active member of the Starknet dev community and ecosystem in general, I see it as an opportunity to contribute to the ecosystemā€™s growth and to make the voice of the delegators heard.

My area of expertise and skills revolve around building within the Ethereum and Starknet ecosystems, which places me in a prime position to act in the best interests of the community and the chain.

As a delegate, my main focus will be advancing decentralization, improving security, and promoting the expansion of the ecosystem.

I will advocate for solutions that leverage storage proofs by applying cross-chain interoperability and historical data access. I want end-users to have true control/ownership over their on-chain assets/data and benefit from new applications made possible thanks to STARKs.

Conflicts of Interest

At Herodotus, everyone on our team is committed to maintaining neutrality within the Ethereum Layer 2 landscape as we will integrate with multiple chains. If a conflict of interest arises, I will make it clear in my community correspondences to collect delegator feedback and/or abstain from voting.

Feel free to message @0xMarcello on Twitter or email me at starknet@herodotus.dev

Overview:

From 2022 until now, I have started to contribute in several Starknet ecosystem such as Starkdefi and Jediswap.

I believe that Starknet will be leading adoption for Layer 2 and be able to on-board a lot of users in coming years.
Iā€™ll participate and make the decision carefully to improve Starknet and ecosystem for sustainable growth.
