Hello! I am rufus Jordan .I am excited to submit my application to become a delegate on the StarkNet platform. I am a software developer with experience in building decentralized applications and smart contracts on various blockchain platforms.

I have a deep understanding of the technical requirements of being a StarkNet delegate, including the architecture and development tools used on the platform.

As an experienced software engineer ;

I have good experience in Web2 with proficiency in Python/Django, TypeScript/Javascript, and others. Currently, I work mainly with Web3 Technologies. Proficient in Solidity, Hardhat, Foundry, and Cairo.

Also using the StarkNet SDK and developing smart contracts in the Solidity programming language.

I have also developed a smart contract that I plan to deploy on the StarkNet platform. The smart contract has been extensively tested to ensure that it is secure and works as intended.

(My past contributions to Starknet)

As an active developer on StarkNet, building Influence, a popular on-chain game, I have a Over the past year, I have actively contributed to the community through my development of a Cairo fixed-point math library 1 and a port of Simplex noise to Cairo.

In addition to my technical contributions and my skills.I have built strong relationships with the StarkWare product team and other core, third-party infrastructure teams (wallets, block explorers, marketplaces, etc.).

I want to be a delegate because As a software developer, I am committed to contributing to the StarkNet community and helping to build a robust and secure ecosystem. I am excited to participate in community discussions, attend meetings, and collaborate with other members of the community.

(Why do I want to be a StarkNet delegate)

As a delegate to StarkNet, I understand the importance of upholding strong core values to guide my decision-making process. The following are the core values that I will uphold as a delegate:

By uploading this values I am committed to ensuring a better experience for the Starknet community

(My past experiences in DAO Governance )

In my past occurrences I Develop and maintain smart contracts that automate governance functions such as voting, proposal submission and execution, and member registration and management .

I also maintained interfaces and APIs that allow members to interact with the DAO and participate in governance processes.

I have also Designed and implemented voting and decision-making mechanisms, such as quadratic voting or Futarchy, that align with the DAOā€™s values and objectives.

Also Participating in DAO governance processes, such as voting on proposals and attending governance meetings, to gain insights into the needs and concerns of the community and to inform technical decisions, and more.

(AREA OF EXPERTISE)

As a software developer I have many skills but my areas of expertise is that I have strong communication skills and am able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

It doesnā€™t matter who you are, what you believe in, where you work, or what you do. We are living in a moment that will change everything, cryptocurrency is your social and financial elevator. Do not miss it, otherwise you will regret it for the rest of your life. Turn on your head, donā€™t think in a cookie-cutter way, support projects, and become a part of this future.

I have been working in cryptography for over 3 years, and for the last years I have been actively testing first- and second-level solutions. I regularly write articles and send reports about dangerous and vulnerable places.

I have 4 years of experience investing in cryptocurrencies. I have become proficient with various DeFi products such as DEX(Uniswap), Lending (Aave), Yield aggregator (Yearn), and Derivatives (Synthetix). I know the basic knowledge of Ethereum and have been involved in many L2 chains, such as Optimism, Zksync, Arbitrum, Fantom, Polygon, Xdai, etc. I often use cross-chain tools (Hop, Connext) to transfer assets between L1 and L2. I believe my experience will be of great help to my work.

I have experience in using blockchain explorers, such as Etherscan. With Etherscan, I can see how popular a token is, how many holders it has, its market cap, and trading volume. Given a public wallet address, I can query all the assets in the wallet by type, their value balance in USD, the number of transactions, internal and external transactions, block number, transaction fees, ingoing and outgoing transactions.

I want to become a delegate and I decide to do:
Learn the basic concepts and technical principles of Starknet, such as zero-knowledge proofs, STARK, Cairo, etc.
Learn how to develop and deploy smart contracts on Starknet, using Cairo language and StarkNet Alpha tools.
Participate in Starknetā€™s community activities, exchange experiences and opinions with other developers and users, and contribute to Starknetā€™s development.

Hello everybody! Since I believe that StarkNet is the future of Tier 2 solutions, I want to express my interest in becoming a StarkNet delegate!
My role in startups includes working with developers to help them integrate their applications with hardware wallets, and Iā€™ve seen firsthand the impact StarkNet can have on the Ethereum ecosystem. I want to continue learning more about its infrastructure and future development.

As a member of the Starknet community, I attend most of the events, and so far itā€™s been super interesting. I see a great opportunity for Starknet games with a key session and low fees that the network provides. As a member of the community, I am deeply involved in discussions and events related to the platform, and I am always ready to learn from those who have more knowledge and experience than me. I believe that becoming a StarkNet delegate would not only be a valuable learning experience for me, but would also allow me to contribute to the community and help shape the future of StarkNet.

I am a researcher in the Ethereum and Starknet ecosystems. In general, I am very familiar with Starknet ecosystems and progress over the past couple of years. In addition to my work experience at Starknet, my permanent job at a venture firm specializing in cryptocurrencies and my previous work as an electronics engineer allow me to keep abreast of all new protocols and achievements, especially in DeFi, by regularly participating in management votes. so my skills and experience are quite suitable to be a delegate of Starknet.
