ABOUT
StableLab is a governance firm focused on professional delegation, DAO framework design and product development. We work with various projects, from the ones just starting their journey to decentralization to the most prominent DeFi protocols.
Our systematic framework for DAOs covers governance methodologies, decentralized workforce, implementation, documentation, communication and community engagement. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, but we provide a framework of principles and tools we have developed throughout our experience.
We scale DAOs sustainably.
EXPERIENCE
We are the leading professional delegate team with a track record across major DeFi protocols, including MakerDAO, Optimism, Aave, 1inch, Balancer, Element, InstaDapp, Hop and more.
We pioneer delegation work through high governance standards, extensive research, hands-on expertise and the consistent use of a code of conduct. Pushing forward web3 and DeFi since 2018, StableLab’s co-founders previously spent 3.5 years at the Maker Foundation.
Governance delegates and roles currently (or previously held by StableLab).

WHY STARKNET
StarkNet is focused on providing permissionless decentralized scalability to dApps. We want to support the future of zk-rollups and their role in allowing dApps to scale without compromising Ethereum’s composability or security. With reliable governance, StarkNet will be able to grow safely and sustainably. We look forward to playing a key role in turning StarkNet’s vision into reality.
We focus on meaningful participation in each DAO we work in. In addition to voting, commenting, and presenting proposals, we take on active leadership roles in the communities. Through these leadership positions and the proposals we author, we can initiate positive change across the DeFi ecosystem.
Our commitment to providing value to DAO governance has allowed us to grow to be one of the largest delegates in most major DAOs and serve on important committees in others. For example, in both MakerDAO, Element Finance, and 1inch, we started with minor delegation and are now the top delegates.
One way we provide more value than the traditional delegate is by authoring proposals in the DAOs we work in. StableLab recently authored successful proposals in 1inch, Hop, Element Finance 1, and Jet. We are able to identify the needs of the DAO, draft professional and well-thought-out proposals, and use community feedback to enact positive change. This allows us to present new ideas and help the DAOs progress toward their goals, one proposal at a time.
