Hi, first a little bit about myself.
I’ve been in crypto since 2019.
And almost immediately started working in product testing at Starknet. Tested a lot (wallets, nft marketplaces, bridges). maintained the node., conducted various activities, participated in this forum. Created a smart contract in February 2023. I am an early participant of starknet.
For me, participation in starknet has become a part of life. Laughs. Those long transactions were awesome. Isn’t that part of life.) Joke.
Participating in further work (meinnet) is the most likely of all roads for me.

In crypto since 2019 , and full time since 2021. Searching for projects on early stage , trying to contribute and help projects to develop, participating in testnets , also running validator nodes on multiple chains both on mainnet and testnet. Following starknet from early stages and see a big potential in this project, completed some activities in mainnet, testnet and testnet2.
As a non custodial Validator i always vote on governance proposals, and i always try to choose best option which reflects the vision of project and it’s roadmap.
As i said i am full time in crypto ,and i have a lot of time to invest in starknet project and deep dive in all project activities.
My experties is running validator nodes , content creation (tutorials, and guides) , also i like to write researches about projects, i have experience being an ambassador, and currently i am an Admin in telegram group with 15k followers
Conflict of interest? I don’t see any conflict of interest in this case , i am free person, and i make my own decisions, i am not depending on anyones positions.
Loyalty and honour is what i respect in people, and it is my main values.
If i am selected i promise to give my best to Starknet

Hello guys. I am an active DAO member, moderator and community manager of the Russian speaking region. I try to help everyone who is interested in the principles of DAO and management. I summarize what is happening in the project and broadcast it on a regional channel. My governance strategy is to form a common opinion in the region. Follow-up discussion with key stakeholders and debriefing. I would call this the summary solution. You do not have to participate in all discussions, you can only enter into a dialogue if something excites you.

Besides Starknet Early Adopter, I’m a Synclab multi-signature member & delegate at Element.Fi and Saddle Finance (community development). I actively help projects develop and also try to learn myself.

Hi everyone, I’m glad Starknet is one more step to full decentralization. I learned Starknet from Dydx. I started using dydx since 2021, and then I started to learn Starkware’s products, e.g. Starkex & Starknet. I have also played around Starlnet’s ecosystem. Even though it’s Alpha right now, but I have noticed the improvement and effort the team has put into it. I believe with Cario, account abstraction etc., Starknet will have huge potential to make blockchain to be adopted by more people and change the world!

I want to be a delegate because I truly believe in decentralization and Dao governance. That’s the biggest advantage among all the other features. I have rich experience in DAO governance. My plan to fulfill the role incudes learning the technology, communicating with communities and other projects, discussing the proposals and explaining the proposal to other community members.

The core values that will influence my decision-making are:

  1. Transparency: transparency is the core of all the meaning of existence of blockchain. Without transparency, any chain or project is just another web 2 application. So when it comes to the DAO governance, I will also evaluate if a proposal has been communicated with community enough, and whether most of the community understand the impact of the proposal, because if most of the participants don’t think about it carefully, the DAO governance will be less effective than centralized governance.
  2. Long term development of Starknet: In blockchain world, many projects and people tends to focus on short term interests. In the governance, there are also many users wants to make the biggest profit in a short term. I will always consider if a proposal is beneficial to the long term vision and value of Starknet
  3. Participation of the community: nowadays, many projects calls themselves DAO, but every time when it comes to the vote, only less than 10% token holders participates, so the result does not reflect the most users’ opinion. I will look at the participation rate, and explain the proposal to other users and encourage them to participate

Past experience in DAO governance:
I have rich experience in DAO governance. I have actively participated in many projects such as AAVE, ENS, Lido, APE, DYDX, and Optimism. I’m familiar with Defi, NFTs and other L1 or L2 chains

Skills:
I’m a influencer in Chinese social platform- Weibo. I have 10k blockchain followers, and I have posted many news and educated my followers about Starkware many times.

People can believe me and delegate to me as I have discussed with my followers about different blockchains a lot, so I have gained rich experience. I can participate in Starknet governance respectfully and spread starknet to more Asian users

I have no potential conflicts of interest with your participation in StarkNet governance as a delegate.

Hi StarkNet community,

I have been developing on Starknet since December 2021. I started as an intern with Nethermind working on the Warp transpiler, and I am now with Aura Protocol as a full-time Cairo developer. We are developing a synthetic protocol on StarkNet, with the first product being a decentralized stablecoin.

Outside of my day job, I have contributed to the community by creating Vyro, a Vyper to Cairo transpiler. I have also shared about my work on Vyro at PyChain 2022 and with the StarkNet Malaysia community. Beyond StarkNet, I am a community contributor to Vyper.

I am most interested in programming languages and development tooling. Having said that, I hope to contribute in non-technical aspects as well to grow the community.

I have no prior experience in DAO governance other than as a delegator. However, I strongly believe in the future of StarkNet as a key piece of Ethereum’s endgame, and hope to help steer StarkNet towards being a decentralized and resilient rollup. I truly think that StarkNet’s decision to break away from the EVM is, and will prove to be, a game-changer. Hence, I am excited to participate in the community and help out where I can.

As a delegate, I will act with fairness, transparency and decentralization as my guiding principles, with an overarching aim of increasing adoption and ease of use of StarkNet.

I am running for a delegate in my personal capacity, and I do not represent the organizations/projects I work for or contribute to. If there is a potential conflict of interest with these organizations/projects, I will abstain from voting and publicly announce so in advance.

Hi everyone, qdqd here, a builder in the innovation labs at Ledger and one of the founders of the Ledger Fresh project.

Ledger Fresh will be a web wallet built with account abstraction in mind. Our primary focus will be to go beyond the limitations we all know in order to bring the user a UX they have never experienced in our environment.

I have been part of the Starknet community since early 2021, I was on the team who worked on the account plugin system in Amsterdam during the first Starknet hackathon. Since that day, I have continued to follow the community around the world, in parallel with the thinking, design, and development of Ledger Fresh.

In order to introduce Starknet to the world, I co-organized with Louthing two meetups open to everyone and I organized some private sessions in front of developers to present them with the potential of Starknet. All these sessions took place in Ledger’s offices in Paris.

Now that I’m 100% convinced of the importance of account abstraction in our space, and that I’m watching every day when it will be possible to publish smart-contracts 1.0, I’m sure I’ll be able to contribute to the building of tools and solutions that will push the limits of UX. Delegating the tokens to me means investing in the UX of Starknet.

Overview

Hello StarkNet Community!

I’m Matt Coburn, I’m a STARK maxi and and Community Manager for Starkware and StarkNet. I work very closely with the community and talk to the average StarkNet user and developer in Discord and Telegram everyday. I discovered StarkNet about a year ago and have been deeply submerged in the ecosystem ever sense.

Im a self taught developer with a good amount of experience with StarkNet and Cairo. I’ve contributed to Caigo, the go lang SDK for StarkNet and am interested in contributing to other projects in the ecosystem. I’ve been following the progression of the protocol closely for about a year now and I want to see the StarkNet protocol continue to grow and decentralize. I don’t have any past DAO governance experience but I would be honored to have the opportunity to contribute to StarkNets decision making and governance.

Conflicts of Interest I don’t have any and would be unbiased in my decision making and vote on every proposal.

Introduction

Hi everyone, I’m Antiyro, a web3 developper for three years now and one of the co-founders of Kasar Labs, a research engineering laboratory dedicated on improving Starknet user experience. Before that, I worked in the research and development team for Pangolin dex, a decentralized exchange on Avalanche where I was able to tackle cross-chain communication (Near, Hedera, Flare, etc) and to understand better dexes architecture and their tokenomics by indexing data. I applied these skills acquired since my entry in the Starknet universe with Sithswap one of the most important and promising AMM of Starknet, for whom I worked for several months. This allowed me to actively contribute to the development of Starknet and specifically Checkpoint an indexing tool on Starknet from SnapshotLabs for which I’m now dev rel. In parallel I am working on Starknode a plug-n-play Starknet home node that aims to promote decentralization by encouraging users to contribute to the network and actually own their node.

Why Choose me in particular

As a developer with almost 1 year of experience in the Starknet ecosystem, I have gained a strong understanding of the functioning of Starknet and its stakes. As mentioned above I think that the decentralization of the network and the provision of high level tools to get as many users on board as possible are essential for the prosperity of the network. My technical expertise combined with my willingness to decentralize will facilitate the path towards this goal.

Vision for the Future of the governance

As a member of the community, I consider governance to be a vital aspect for any decentralized organization. My ideal for the governance of the Foundation is to make it open, engaging, and inclusive where every member is able to express their opinions and play a role in deciding the future of the organization. To attain effective governance, there must be efficient communication and cooperation, as well as a set of fair and clear regulations and procedures. Moreover, it is important to establish ways to resolve conflicts and handle any difficulties that may arise. By promoting a culture of transparency, engagement, inclusivity, and the right tooling. I am confident that we can establish a truly decentralized and efficient governance system that can attain its objectives.

Potential Conflicts of interest

I am focused on Starknet since my entry to the ecosystem, I don’t have any potential conflicts of interests.

Introduction

Hello everyone I’m betacodd, a young developer passionate about cryptographic protocols and blockchain, and eager to learn. For a year I have been dedicating my days to the development of the Starknet ecosystem, through research and collective projects. I’m part of the KasarLabs research and development lab, a dynamic lab setting up innovative projects to make the Starknet blockchain more accessible and visible to everyone. In parallel, I am passionate about mathematics and algebra, which fits very well with the research of the starknet developers concerning the knowledge complexity of language.

Why Choose me in particular

As I said before, I have been enriching my knowledge and improving my skills as a developer and theorist on starknet for several months. Mathematics, cryptography and blockchain are my 3 main interests, and that’s why dedicating my work to Starknet is the most beautiful thing

Vision for the Future of the governance

I consider good governance to be what is lacking in some blockchains. A bad collective, decisions taken without the agreement of all, and internal conflicts do not allow evolution in an ecosystem, yet it is the need of any organization, decentralized or not. My idea, when I think about a good governance, is an association of members where everyone has a say, can express himself without any pressure, and where the opinion of each one weighs as much as that of the others. It is where one word is worth more than another that dictatorship is born, and decentralization loses its meaning. By putting forward an inclusive, transparent, and fair policy, we can develop an ecosystem that minimizes conflicts, and that will last in time.

Potential Conflicts of interest

In parallel to this work, I still study at the university theoretical mathematics and all kinds of computer applications: machine learning, task parallelisation, process alignment, compilation… Although all these studies take me time on a daily basis, it’s a very good thing, because I intend to bring all this knowledge in my work with the other developers of the starknet ecosystem

Experience

Hello there, I am Starkience and I specialise in delivering educational content to the Starknet community with the purpose of democratising the technology behind STARKs. I actively publish threads explaining the processes behind Starknet’s architecture (prover/verifier relationship, core contract, sequencer parallelisation, Merkle Trees and state changes, SNARKs (and why STARKs are superior), Volition, Validium, the general data availability modes, L3s, recursive STARKs, SHARP) as well as explaining the Starknet applications (Argent and Braavos account abstraction, social recovery, multi-sig, EOAs). I am also behind the Starknet-Ecosystem Stark Science content, delivering a similar service.
I am part of the Kasarlabs core team where I manage the execution of the Starknode project. At Kasarlabs we strive to deliver products that improve the Starknet Ux and decentralisation of the network. When it comes to computer skills, I do data analytics and specialise in R and SQL and the overall information technology management of organisations.

Why become a delegate?
My active educational contribution to the ecosystem also means that I am constantly learning and absorbing vast amounts of information. I also get in touch with the community to double check my understandings. The decentralisation of Starknet is a very important step in its roadmap and delivering this fact is part of my goal. Onboarding more users and introducing them to the potentials and technology of Starknet is my purpose.

Core values for decision making
Delegating on the Starknet network means making the best decisions backed by a thorough and rational decision making process. This means considering the entirety of the opinions from all parties. It means avoiding any sort of bias, or at least, any biased decision, when communicating to the community and executing actions. My personal values are the following: Allow Starknet to grow organically and achieve a mature phase by continuously looking back at Starkware’s roadmap. I like Starknet because it doesn’t cut corners to quickly achieve a finished product. Starkware believes in the power of STARKs and its benefits and comes back to these values to remind everyone that Starknet is a serious game that is here to stay.

Thank you.

  1. I am a long-time blockchain enthusiast and have been contributing to the StarkNet ecosystem since its inception. I wrote articles, created campaigns on social networks and closely followed the development of the network.

  2. As a delegate, I will strive to improve the StarkNet ecosystem with my knowledge, experience and commitment to its growth and success. My main goal is to ensure the stability of the network, its operability and efficiency. I would also seek to expand and improve network management by ensuring transparency of decision-making and proper allocation of resources.

  3. The main values that I will be guided by when making decisions are openness, fairness, honesty and transparency.

  4. I have extensive experience in managing the DAO, I have worked with several well-known organizations based on blockchain. I have also been involved in various governance-oriented initiatives, such as working with various stakeholders to develop and implement decentralized decision-making processes.

  5. My skill set includes extensive knowledge of blockchain technology, coding skills, cryptocurrency market analysis and a deep technical understanding of network infrastructure.

  6. I am a reliable and trustworthy delegate, and I strive to improve the network by championing best practices and providing technical support. I am committed to protecting the security and asset value of token holders, as well as creating an environment in which their voices can be heard.

  7. I have no potential conflicts of interest when I participate as a delegate in the StarkNet ecosystem.

Ethereum Mainnet Address: 0xa200DFe42A3746A62aFf54B7c28Bf27a73BB3bB

I want to continue to support the important work that Starknet is doing in the area of scaling. I have long believed that applied cryptography will foster new types of communities. In particular, I am interested in communities that can more effectively resist hegemonic influence. From this belief, it’s a fairly short path to the belief that participating in and improving DAO and blockchain governance is a socially relevant activity. I have limited time to participate in governance, and for a number of reasons I believe that my time will be most effectively used in the community.

When making a decision, the core values for me are that the team should be open to experimentation and be dynamic in the early days while we grow and learn.
In addition, I support a system of checks and balances
In addition, I want to let you know that I am excited to have the Starknet Foundation manage the team in the early days.

My skills: Mechanism design, software architecture, management, smart contract developer.

I have no conflicts of interest with the declared participants and related to my participation in the management of Starknet.

About me

Hello everyone, my name is Lucas and I’m glad to meet you! I’m an economics student and I’m passionate about tokenomics and applied mathematics. I still have a lot to learn.

As a volunteer at the last two Ethereumcc events in Paris, it was the values I discovered there that developed my interest in this ecosystem.

By participating in the organisation of the Hacker House in Tel Aviv for Onlydust, I had the opportunity to meet the contributors of the ecosystem and learn more about them, their work and the future they hope for Starknet. This experience gave me a better understanding of Starknet and confirmed my belief.

My recent attendance at the Hacker House in Tel Aviv and more specifically at a workshop on Starknet delegation, led me to apply to participate in the governance of Starknet. The same values of Ethereum led me to discover Starknet (as well as the gospel words of Louis Guthmann).

For the sake of transparency, I would like to state that I am a member of KasarLabs and that I am involved in the development of StarkNodes, but this application is in a personal capacity, privately.
I am not a developer, although the technical aspect motivates me to learn some languages to deepen my knowledge and curiosity.
As an economics student, I think I can bring a different perspective to governance than our pillars, the developers. I have a particular interest in the DEFI and I intend to ensure that issues that could threaten the DEFI environment are addressed.

What motivated me to become a delegate and what are my core values?

I have been interested in decentralisation for a few years, but I had never thought of participating in governance until the workshop where Sylve and Deven with their presentation today pushed me to apply to participate in the governance of Starknet. My core values are in line with Ethereum’s values of transparency, decentralisation and inclusion.

Potential conflicts of interest:

I have no potential conflicts of interest that would interfere with my participation in the governance of Starknet.
As stated, I am a member of KasarLabs and am involved in the development of StarkNodes and the administrative viability of the Lab at this time, but this application is on a personal, private basis.
I am fully committed to moving the ecosystem forward in the best possible way for all participants.

My vision for the future of Starknet governance is to ensure equal and inclusive participation in decision-making for all members of the ecosystem. I will ensure that the decisions made are in line with the core values of Starknet and are made in a transparent and decentralized manner. I also take pride in the development of DEFI on Starknet and I will ensure that the decisions taken do not compromise the development of this sector.

Please provide your past experience and contributions to the StarkNet ecosystem :hammer_and_pick:

I am a crypto native Ethereum developer and have been exploring the StarkNet ecosystem since its inception. I was an early explorer of the Cairo lang and one of the early members of the all star group. I am currently still an undergraduate student but my background in computer science and finance has also allowed me to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the crypto space.

I am also a co-founder of Quasar Labs, where we built a project called Damn Vulnerable DeFi Starknet along with some amazing folks at the TVL Hacker House, which serves as a playground to learn offensive security in DeFi smart contracts on the StarkNet network. We were invited to participate in the hacker house and the Starkware Sessions.

In addition, I am working as a developer & research analyst at GBV, a crypto native venture fund, and have invested in StarkNet projects such as zkLend. We have also had multiple calls with various StarkNet projects to stay informed and stay engaged with the ecosystem. I believe my experience and passion for the crypto space makes me a strong candidate for a StarkNet delegate.

Why do you want to be a delegate? How do you plan to fulfill this role?

I am impressed with the community of developers and the exciting work being done on the network and I want to be more involved and play a role in the future of StarkNet. As a delegate, I hope to actively participate in StarkNet governance, contributing to decision making on issues such as network upgrades. I believe that my technical expertise and passion for the project make me well-suited for this role.

Please list and explain the core values that will guide your decision-making

  • Practicality: is it really something feasible or just nonsense?
  • Cost Efficiency: is it really worths the $$, time and efforts?
  • Effectiveness: are we really solving the right problem in a right way?

Please provide your skills and areas of expertise

  • crypto native defi user + researcher
  • developer (cairo, rust, solidity, python, typescript)
  • finance stuff + VC

Please provide your past experience in DAO governance

  • Community manager at some crypto projects before
  • Active voter on defi proposals

Why should someone delegate to you? Anything token-holders should know about you?

Besides being a dev & VC researcher myself, I am also a undergraduate student and can bring a fresh perspective and represent the views of the younger generation.

:sparkles: LFG and let’s keep starknet strange :sparkles:

Hello, friends!
My name is Artyom and I’m from the BlackAmberTeam [BAT].
Our team has been helping in the development of the cryptocommunity not in words. We prove this by participating in almost all major crypto projects. Including StarkNet. We have guys in our team who are after strong projects. StarkNet happens to be one of these projects. We’ve been following it practically since its birth, taking part in all the big movements of the project. Our team has deployed several test network nodes. We continue to support them now. We are constantly testing different functions of the network, trying to identify errors and pay attention to subtle points.
We sincerely believe in the development of StarkNet project and will do our best to make it a success!

The fundamental factors of our team are honesty and efficiency. We have a cohesive team and we are always open to communication. So I can assure you that you will not make a wrong choice!
