Hello everyone! My name is Florian and I am a core developer of Alpha Road and co-founder of a new protocol that aims to provide the best token exchange experience, with better pricing, zero slippage, MEV protection, and gasless trading.

I am also a core developer of StarkNet-Ecosystem.com, an initiative that lists projects built on StarkNet. This has become the go-to destination for discovering the ecosystem and getting involved. Quickly adopted and promoted by the builders and StarkWare itself, the initiative has seen impressive growth in terms of adoption.

I was one of the first developers to contribute to Kakarot and Beerus as well.

I have a strong background as a senior full-stack developer, with expertise in backend development (Java/Kotlin/Spring/Nodejs/Rust, etc.), frontend development (Typescript/React/Angular, etc.), infrastructure, and of course blockchain, StarkNet and Cairo since early 2022.

As a delegate, my primary focus will be on decentralization, security, and ecosystem growth. As a delegate, I am dedicated to being a proactive and engaged member of the community, working to make StarkNet the leading decentralized zk-rollup platform on Ethereum.

Potential Conflicts of Interest: As a core developer of Alpha Road and co-founder of a new protocol, I see my involvement with StarkNet as being aligned with my interests, not conflicting. However, I mention this again for the sake of full transparency.

If you have any additional questions, feel free to DM me.

About my experience in the StarkNet ecosystem: Since the end of last spring I became familiar with the ecosystem and then throughout the year I actively participated in testnetting all kinds of projects in the ecosystem. I am moderator and graphic designer in StarkDefi, moderator in Carmine Options, moderator in Magnety, contributor in JediSwap, OG in Nostra Finance and Brine, also I was one of the best testers in the closed testnet ZK Lend, for which I got a nice little cash prize

I’m ready to stay in the ecosystem further, I definitely like the friendliness of the community and I see the ecosystem progressing and getting better and better technically. I would like to continue to find opportunities in the ecosystem, be a moderator and contributor, write articles and if possible act as an Ambassador. I also got the opportunity to put up nodes.

When making any decisions, I follow to be useful at the origins of the birth of a large ecosystem.

My skills: deep manual testing and ui audit, writing and translating articles, user assistance, graphic design, moderating

Overview

Since I am a regular user and tester of Starknet and Ethereum, I want to contribute to communities and projects. Share my knowledge and get new ones. Since Starknet is a fairly new solution for Ethereum, there is still plenty of time to improve development. I also want to contribute to the Starknet community, as well as help many people choose the tools that are right for you.

Experience in DAO governance: In the first stages of Snapshot I take part, in addition to participation in open and closed DAO communities.

My web3 qualifications / skills: Active user of the crypto market since 2017. I was and am active in many projects, previously it was Moonbeam, Goldfinch, Avalanche, Fantom, Helium and more, now it’s projects related to DAO and social direction, as well as dash-1 projects like Aleo, Fuel, Scroll, Shardeum and more. I have enough knowledge in community management, project collaboration and building logical chains for marketing and brand building. I’m also a defi degen in the narrow direction of lending + borrowing. I am as active as possible in Discord + Telegram. Love for the networks such as Starknet, zkSync came not at once, but as I figured out the technology I realized what to expect. I hope to become a part of Starknet as well.

What voters can expect of me: I will do my best to give the masses the information they ask for and want to hear. I will try to explain everything in simple words and on my fingers. I will cover all the new technologies of this particular product, as well as keep track of all the major updates to the network.

Potential conflicts of interest: not.

For Delegators: For any questions you can reach me out DM’s.

I am Ramzi co-founder of Carbonable, husband, father of 1 & currently living in the french alps. Ex P&G, Total, I have a MSC in Industrial Engineer with 10 years’ experience in supply chain management/ information systems in France & Netherlands. My 5 core values are pragmatism, integrity, leadership, trust and kindness. Pragmatic and and trusted strategist, my expertise is in operations & execution, pmo, governance (I know how to dev simple programs and did some solidity, starklings, and rustlings). I am highly enthusiastic and bullish on how StarkNet can disrupt the blockchain game with math and change trust approach in companies (planning, EDI, penalities, taxe collection …). As a delegate, my focus would be to influence on building maturity on a pragmatic and agile governance, formalize capability matrix, and continuously improve process flows. I have no conflicts of interests but may have a possible bias as Carbonable is deployed on Starknet.

Overview
I am co-founder of Carbonable, with a passion for the potential of blockchain technology, and I am highly enthusiastic about StarkNet’s approach to decentralization and the derivative usage for industrials. I have been a Starknet builder for over 8 months, and I have a big focus at Carbonable on B2B onboarding where it makes sense: sustainability, accounting, taxes, EDI… I also contribute to Kakarot.

I have a strong belief in the power of math taking the lead of blockchain technology to disrupt the game, but without sacrificing agility and pragmatism (and strangeness  ) in the process. Zkp will be every where . As a delegate, my focus would be to build maturity on a pragmatic and agile governance (drumbeat, formalize capability and elligibility matrix, continuously improve process flows…) but also to ensure the diversification of use case to experiment (industrial)

Potential Conflicts of Interest
My only conflict of interest is that I am the co-founder of Carbonable, which has a presence on StarkNet. However, I can assure you that any decisions I make will not be biased in any way.

Hi all, I’m Manu and I’m an engineer, born in Venezuela but a nomad for the last 4 years, founder of DoinGud.com (ecosystem for conscious driven creators), Founder of ETHBarcelona (the largest Ethereum conference in '22 with +2.2k participants), founding member of API3 (DAO for oracles), MetaCartel member, mentor at TheLAO and also partner at own.fund. I love building and creating value collectively. I care about empowering collaboration and creating impact.

I’m new to the Starknet ecosystem but in the Ethereum ecosystem since TheDAO days. I decided to come to Tel Aviv for Starknet Sessions as I wanted to meet the team behind and learn more about the values. I was really impressed with the speakers and members of the team, it felt like the early days of Ethereum and that’s why I’m here applying to be a delegate.

I want to be a delegate in the Starknet Governance because I am super passionate about decentralization and the potential that this technology has for creating a more equitable, inclusive and transparent society. As a delegate, I plan to fulfill my role by staying informed on what’s happening in the ecosystem, engaging in this forum, and voting on proposals in the best interest of the entire StarkNet ecosystem and its possible users.

The core values that guide my decision-making in DAOs include inclusivity, transparency, accountability and decentralization which I believe are values that are essential for the long-term success of this ecosystem.

I have been involved in DAOs since the very beginning but became more vocal about it when I joined the MetaCartel, the Ethereum Marketing DAO, TheLAO, then founding member of API3 DAO and currently building DoinGud. I have also participated in other DAOs like Gitcoin, Giveth, Bankless, ENS, AAVE and others.

My background is in mechanical engineering and computer science. My main skills are bringing community together, growth (previously did mobile marketing for the largest marketplace in africa Jumia and CMO for a startup from Microsoft), product, token engineering, governance, voting mechanisms, funding mechanisms (used at ETHBarcelona quadratic funding, NFTs for funding public goods (With DoinGud), retroactive funding), community development (built products with 0 funding and just volunteers from all over the world like FightPandemics.com)

I am committed to staying informed and engaged with the StarkNet community and that’s why i’m asking to token holders to consider me as a Delegate. I believe that my contribution to the DAO space, technical expertise, combined with my passion for decentralized technology, make me a strong candidate for this role.

I do not have any potential conflicts of interest with my participation in StarkNet governance as I don’t participate in any other L1, L2, rollup or anything that could be considered conflict.

If anyone would love to learn more about me and what I do please do not hesitate to reach out to me.

Here you can find some of my participation in some of the conferences or podcast:

Introduction

Hello there !
I am Bouchut, a French blockchain engineer and have been in the crypto-space since the end of 2017.
I started with Bitcoin mining in my student’s room, then I mined on other chains, ran masternodes, experimented with DeFi when it skyrocketed, traded NFTs, developed smart contracts and wrote a few articles on these subjects. As a software engineer, I’m approaching all these topics from a technical point of view and by digging every day deeper to see how protocols actually work.

Concerning Starknet, I was already convinced at the end of 2021 of the interest and the imminent expansion of layer 2s. I then followed the topic during 2022 while participating in the testnets and the experiments of several projects (nodes, wallets, dApp, bridges). Moreover, I explored the different types of layer 2s that are actively being developed (Optimistic Rollups, Zk Rollups, Zk EVM).

I am convinced that layer 2s are the future of programmable blockchain’s scalability. I am also convinced of a near future where different layer 2s would coexist (dedicated layers for application like Sorare or Immutable X, privacy focused or zk EVM ones, etc.).

As a developer, I have already started to dig into the technical functioning of Starknet and developed some projects in Cairo. I have for example done a lot of research on Account Abstraction (which is natively allowed by Starknet) and developed a multisig with improved governance rules. You can access the code and an article written on the subject here: Starknet multisig article

Besides, I am a member of the Starknet community since the beginning. I attended all the French meetups of the year as well as the first edition of StarknetCC in Paris.

My view on the Starknet governance

Today, as you all know, the decentralization of all layer 2s is really minimal. At the moment, only a few entities take care of the core infrastructure elements that constitute the rollups (sequencer, prover, verifier, fraud proof, zk-proof, bridge), the code is not open source and the evolution of the protocols is decided by the teams behind it. Starknet is not an exception to the rule and I hope that thanks to this governance system, we will be able to make the right decisions to improve the security of the network, its resilience and thus make the chain evolve in the right direction to attract even more capital that, for the moment, remains on Ethereum for security reasons.

Skills and area of expertise

Concerning my skillset, I’m mainly a blockchain developer specialized in smart contracts development (Solidity, Cairo) with some frontend (React, Typescript, Tailwind) to add a nice GUI to my projects, but I also run blockchain nodes (Ethereum, Starknet) and explore other technical elements (Account Abstraction, private key security, NFT’s metadata management, running a Chainlink node recently). I also love doing on-chain analysis.

Potential conflicts of interest

I work in the Crypto Advisory team of a Big Four firm where the main values are integrity and being impartial in all our decisions. So I have no conflicts of interest as a future delegate.

Requests of Delegators

If you have any requests, I would be happy to discuss them. Let’s make the best decisions for Starknet !

Hey, I am Matteo, I’ve been involved in the Starknet ecosystem for more than a year, first through Astraly, an infrastructure for reputation on Starknet, and now with Empiric, the Starknet native Oracle. I’m a computer Science Engineer from France, and I’m now the CEO of Empiric Network.
I want to take part in Starknet’s governance to improve and extend the ecosystem and the community here. I want to push the ecosystem to build in open source, as we always did with Astraly and Empiric.

I’ve been involved in the Developer DAO previously. My skills are great in decision-making and product management. I have a very good knowledge of the key components of the blockchain infrastructure, from consensus, storage, data availability to programming tools, languages, and so forth.

I will always vote for what’s best for the long term for Starknet. That is open-sourcing the key components of Starknet’s infrastructure, decentralizing the network, attracting liquidity, and strengthening the links between every actor in the ecosystem.

I have conflicts of interest coming from my involvement with Empiric Network. I won’t vote for any decision related to Oracles unless I’m asked by Delegators.

Happy to get in touch on Twitter or Telegram (@BGLabs) if you have any questions

Thanks a lot for reading this

Hello, my name is Vitalijs.
I’m crypto, blockchain and WEB 3.0 enthusiast.
I’ve got a Master’s degree in electronic engineering. I like to research and participate in testing of most modern technologies available. I’m a member of many crypto project communities, have experience in testnets and DAO governance.

I’ve been testing StarkNet blockchain and its ecosystem during 2022 and this year, and I am happy see how it’s being growing and developing.

I don’t have experience in DAO governance as a Delegate, however I’ve been delegating voting power in several projects, and I’m in person regularly and actively participate in voting on Snapshot, Cosmos and Polkadot platforms for the projects I like most. Therefore, I have the basic knowledge how the process works.

I’m always trying to deeply understand the proposals before voting, and trying to take a most wise and fair decision in the interest of project, token holders and community, even if it’s not favorable to me in person.

I’m confident that I will be a good Delegate. I plan to take a part in StarkNet community proposal discussions actively, communicate and help other members.

My core values are balanced decisions, honesty, long-term focus on project development.
I perceive StarkNet as a very significant step in the development of the crypto space and WEB 3.0

I don’t have any potential conflicts of interest, I’m independent and not biased by any parties that could be interested to influence against StarkNet’s project and community.

StarkyTheAlphaWold - Delegate Profile

Introduction

Hi everyone, I’m Starky The Alpha Wolf and i have been a longtime supporter of projects building in the Starknet Ecosystem. Through my Telegram group and twitter, I’ve managed to bring together fans of Starknet to discuss all the ongoing events and activities with the ecosystem. I have also set up a guild.xyz page to make it easier for the community to find my telegram group in addition to highlighting upcoming projects on my twitter page. It is all done to spread awareness about Starknet and how awesome it is!

I would like to become a Delegate because it would further allow me to explore the Startnet space while making my community and fans aware of all the great stuff happening in the space while also having a voice to relay back what ecosystem participants would like to see be implemented. After all, it is the community that matters above all else.

When it comes to DAO Governance I have limited experience, although i have written Improvement Proposals for Kwenta that have been implemented. In addition to this i vote regularly in governance forums on snapshot for Sushi, SNX, AAVE, Influence Game and many more. It gives me immense please to be able to take part in crypto in this manner and I’d love to continue to do this for a project i really like - Starknet.

I am a skilled alpha hunter and ecosystem amplifier as well as an investor in the space for over 7 years now. I am a part of various “degen” groups and in the process have made many friends who I’d like to represent by giving them a voice. This too, representing a community and expressing the views of others, is one of my skills.

Delegates should choose me as a Delegator as i have been an advocate of startnet and projects building early right from the start and can trust that i have their best interests in mind.

Conflicts of Interest

I have a twitter page and alpha tg groups about the Starknet Ecosystem and projects.

Requests for Delegators?

Would be glad to entertain any and all requests.

If you’ve made it this far, thanks for your time and attention,

Starky The Alpha Wolf

:brick: Overview

Hello. My name is Remi Roycourt. I’ve been driven by my passion for computer development since a young age. I’ve accumulated over a decade of experience working for large companies. I’m also an avid hackathon participant and won multiple awards.

I’ve been involved in the crypto space since 2017, starting with the creation of my first smart contracts in solidity. I co-created a decentralized board game, Game of Blocks, which attracted hundreds of players. As one of the co-founders of Screenshot Labs, I led my team in creating one of the biggest NFT collections on Ethereum called Everai, with over 3000 active members.

For more than a year, I’ve been captivated by the limitless possibilities of ZKrollups. Currently, my aim is to contribute to the open-source community and enhance the growth of the Starknet ecosystem. My company, Screenshot Labs, specializes in building end-user focused applications with a strong emphasis on UX, with the goal of onboarding millions of users to the Starknet ecosystem in the future. I’m a lead contributor to exciting projects such as an NFT bridge (Starklane) and an NFT liquidity protocol (Genkidama) on Starknet.

:sparkles: What motivated me to become a delegate and what are my core values?

I’m inspired to bring my expertise as a Cairo developer and my entrepreneurial spirit to the delegate role, confident that it will positively contribute to the ecosystem. I have a good understanding of voting and decentralization mechanisms and am currently working with my team at Screenshot Labs to create a DAO (ie. the Everai Council DAO).

As a delegate, I will be guided by my commitment to transparency, accountability, and the network’s long-term success. My goal is to create a thriving, sustainable and decentralized community that provides opportunities for both builders and end-users. I am passionate about making decisions that align with my core values and I am dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the network and its members.

:man_in_lotus_position: Potential conflicts of interest

No conflicts of interest currently exist. As a co-founder of Screenshot Labs, potential conflicts of interest may arise from partnerships with other projects in the future. Rest assured that full transparency will always be maintained. My contributions to Starknet will be open-source and serve the public good.

Thanks a lot for reading this and Keep starknet strange! :metal:
