Hi all, I’m DimJn, an information and economic security specialist.I’ve worked as a volunteer and ambassador for blockchain communities, in a number of large cryptocurrency projects.
I want to become a delegate of StarkNet, because I have a desire and dream to be part of this project. I also see this as an opportunity to learn more about StarkNet.
My core value as a person is excellence, and that would determine my decision as a delegate. I would do my best to make sure that my decisions served the absolute good of StarkNet. I would also be as transparent as possible, giving reasons for my decisions
I have no past DAO management experience, but I am eager to learn by trying my best.
Delegate should choose me if they are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in StarkNet.
Conflict of Interest.
I have no conflicts of interest, but I will let you know if they arise during the delegation period.
Requests for delegates?
Feel free to tweet me if you have any requests or questions.
Thank you so much for reading this.

Overview

StarkNet is a Layer 2 scaling solution for Ethereum that uses zk-rollups to increase transaction throughput and reduce fees. It allows developers to create and deploy decentralized applications (dApps) that can run more efficiently and cheaply than on the Ethereum mainnet.

The ecosystem around StarkNet includes a range of tools, documentation, and community resources to support developers building on the platform. Some of the key tools and resources include:

  • The StarkNet SDK: A set of tools and libraries for building, testing, and deploying StarkNet contracts.
  • The StarkWare Developer Community: A community of developers building on StarkNet, with resources such as tutorials, sample code, and a forum for asking questions.
  • The StarkNet Hackathon: A recurring event that brings together developers to build innovative dApps on StarkNet and compete for prizes.
  • The StarkNet Grants Program: A program that provides funding and support for projects that contribute to the StarkNet ecosystem.

Overall, the StarkNet ecosystem is growing and evolving rapidly, with new tools, resources, and dApps being developed all the time.

  • Why should someone delegate to you? Anything token-holders should know about you?

First, they should consider the delegate’s past experience and track record in the relevant area. This may include their experience in blockchain technology, governance, or specific industries or fields.

Second, token-holders should consider the delegate’s vision and goals for the organization. They should ensure that the delegate’s values align with their own and that they are committed to advancing the organization’s goals in a transparent and accountable manner.

Third, token-holders should consider the delegate’s communication style and responsiveness. A good delegate should be open to feedback and willing to communicate regularly with their constituents to keep them informed about governance decisions and other important developments.

Finally, token-holders should consider the delegate’s approach to risk management and decision-making. A good delegate should have a strong understanding of the risks associated with their decisions and should be willing to take a measured approach to decision-making that considers the long-term health and sustainability of the organization.

Overall, choosing a delegate to delegate tokens to requires careful consideration and research. Token-holders should ensure that the delegate they choose is well-equipped to fulfill their responsibilities and has a proven track record of success in the relevant area. They should also ensure that the delegate is committed to transparency, accountability, and responsible decision-making.

For the last 2 years, I have been studying blockchains and cryptocurrencies at an amateur level.
Based on the fundamentals and impressive plans, I believe that StarkNet, is a permissionless solution on top of Ethereum based on Rollup, will break into the lead of the ZK “race” in the near future and win in the expected future.
Based on this, I want to be a delegate and take part in the life and development of the project. More specifically, participate in and contribute to decision-making and voting. Also interact with the community and support its healthy development.

Conflicts of Interest: None. I will inform you if this happens, during the delegation.

Requests for Delegators: Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Reasons I want to be a delegate: I wanted to get more involved in the evolving blockchain and web3 space and share thoughts and ideas with projects by learning from a community of peers.

My take on the vision: this vision is a great first step in creating a tangible foundation for public goods. I think that when it comes to impact, it will be critical that the system does not operate in a way that makes a person act both positively and negatively in relation to public goods. For example, outwardly exerting positive influence, but as a person with less influence internally committing negative actions. Figuring out the weight distribution between the two can help to really measure impact both externally and internally to a reasonable degree without being too aggressive internally. Finally, since some public goods are finite (minerals, natural resources), profitability may not be the best approach to these goods, and it will be important to find a different approach to creating and encouraging their sustainability.

My opinion I feel that long-time tenants are intimidated by examples of modern constitutions that have deviated from the original intent or become obscure to carry into the present. I believe that with web3 this can be solved by the immutability/transparency of blockchains and the fact that this constitution is not created in a closed, largely monocultural room, but within. an open ecosystem. I think it will be key to identify the core aspects of Starknet and how they can be managed and developed autonomously by those with a strong interest in this segment.

My interests: Cryptocurrency, expensive cars, Infrastructure, Nature , Knowledge !

My skills and areas of expertise:I am an environment-oriented software developer with a focus on web application development, machine learning, Internet of Things, and blockchain. I enjoy doing architecture and construction from start to finish, with core strengths related to the web and blockchain. My main languages are Javascript, Python and Solidity. I created a mobile compliance/authoring tool for industrial workflows along with a web-based video chat application that interacts with augmented reality headsets. Currently, I’ve been focusing on the web3 space for the past few months, learning more about zero-disclosure proofs and decentralized identifiers, using them in projects related to IoT and environmental data. With these skills, I hope to help connect the physical and digital worlds together by focusing on environmental sustainability and cultivation.

Hi all!!! My name is Uladzislau Yatchanka, I’m a systems engineer (everything related to servers, multiplexers SDH, PDH, WDM technologies), it’s all my element in offline life. Started my journey in the web 3 world in 2015 with my introduction to bitcoin and its subsequent forks. At the moment I am an active validator of Starknet blockchain (node in Goerli network), AMM ambassador of DEX SithSwap, as well as other crypto projects (I have experience of communication with people through offline meetings and AMA sessions), I want to add to my experience that I was a community manager, community is the main thing in my web 3 way. Technical experience: basic knowledge of docker, C, C++. Java and Solidity (entry level). I am also a content creator: tutorials, testing guides, and web 3 game testing. This is a brief description of my path.

The values that I value and consider unchangeable: honesty to myself and to people who entrusted their vote or right to me, incorruptibility, the principles of justice (I have never departed from them, and if the community has decided so, I have no right to change their decision for selfish ends), and of course the decentralized voices, blockchain allows to do it (or close to it).
I have no experience in managing DAO, I have experience participating in DAO (discussions, voting, making suggestions), also due to the work of a community moderator, it will be easier for me to start managing DAO.
My skills: creating smart contracts (the simplest), creating content for newbies (guides), as well as for experienced members of the cryptocommunity.

I can not decide for someone to delegate their vote to me, however, if they want stable, trouble-free operation, confidence that they will not have to constantly check and think about whether they voted right or wrong, want to be sure that their voice will be heard and accepted for discussion, if they really want to know what will contribute to the development of starknet, then I am the delegate who will adhere to the above principles. After all, every voice is important (even in the animated series “Futurama” there is a series devoted to the importance of every voice and the result of indifference with the fate of his vote).
There will be no conflicts of interest! As stated above, I adhered, adhere and will adhere to the above principles, work in any protocol, DEX, Wallet will not affect the work as a delegate, it is not intersecting with me areas, the ability to share interests - a great skill!
Requests for delegates?
Any interest can be found through my social networks, I do not hide identities, correspondence or video chat support. Offline meeting for discussion, too, I support (then the main thing to find the time for this meeting).
Thank you for your attention and will be happy to become a face of the community, it recognized by the ambassador, and share / promote ideas, interests, innovations contribute to the development of startknet and block the potentially harmful (with the help of the community of course).

Reasons for wanting to become a delegate: My focus is on utilizing my skills in social and community building to contribute towards the growth and decentralization of the Ethereum ecosystem. I am passionate about the stewardship of the beacon chain and the communities that rely on web3 services provided by the Ethereum chain. In my opinion, StarkNet is an invaluable scaling solution that supports the L2 scaling model for Ethereum, and I am committed to educating others and assisting them in selecting tools that align with our shared values.

Experience in DAO governance: As an active user of Snapshot, I participate in the governance of various projects while staking their tokens.

Web3 qualifications/skills: I have been involved with Ethereum since the release of the whitepaper in 2014, participated in the original Ethereum token sale, and served as a testnet miner on the Ethereum Olympic testnet. Since then, I have explored every available product, honing my awareness of the things that matter, such as providing services as public goods that give far more to the community than they take as rewards. I am an active member of Reddit, Twitter, and Discord. As a self-proclaimed Ethereum-centrist, I believe that Ethereum will be the settlement chain for the future of web3, and I view StarkNet as an integral part of that.

What voters can expect from me: Voters can expect me to become fully knowledgeable about StarkNet and to share that knowledge with the rest of the ecosystem. As long as StarkNet aligns with my beliefs regarding a healthy ecosystem and ethos, I will continue to strengthen our relationship. However, if I feel that the community or leadership has deviated from this path, I will work in good faith to help steer us back on course. I strive to check my ego and listen to the needs of others, drawing attention to and serving those needs to the best of my ability.

I am an early member of the Starknet ecosystem.
I’ve tested dozens of projects that build on it.

I want to contribute to this wonderful project. Starknet has a super professional team and this is the first thing I draw attention to when analyzing a project. I want to participate in Starknet decentralization and become a validator because I have all the necessary skills and experience.

Correctness must be the basis of any decision, regardless of who is the validator.

All STARK coin holders and those who contributed to the development of this project can participate in the governance.
I believe that special tiers should be introduced to determine which member has more voting power.
This is important because certain proposals require technical knowledge, which most do not possess, and in this case, developers should exercise a greater weight in the vote.

My skills:
Developer, Node Operator (many nodes in past), Analyst.

I will create attractive conditions for Starknet community members to delegate their coins to me. I also have a community that will definitely have more trust in me than in the other delegators.

There is no any potential conflicts of interest with my participation in StarkNet governance as a delegate.

I am passionate about everything that Ethereum has given us through smart contracts. I explored Ethereum a lot to understand everything I could and, understanding that the trilemma problem would be solved through scalability, I got to know Starknet.

I’ve been working in electronics for a long time (17 years) and I’m returning to programming studies with the aim of creating a basis to be able to apply it to blockchain in the future, helping the ecosystem.

I’m married, a father and I want to make the best choices for Starknet to have a prosperous and consistent future. So that it can really solve the problem of society with regard to decentralization, removal of intermediaries, accessibility, privacy, among others. And that in case of success, through our good choices, it will prosper and create other innovations that we are unaware of.

Thank you for your space and time.
