I consider myself to be a good candidate, due to the fact that I am a builder with a great deal of experience, I have been involved in the ecosystem for a long time and have been tied to the values of Ethereum (and, logically, to the values of StarkNet) all these years.
Every time I try to be as objective and thoughtful as possible in my own conclusions. I like to take the time to see everyoneā€™s concepts before jumping to any conclusions, and I do my best to participate in non-violent, constructive discussions. In this way, I consider, in fact, that my order has the potential to be valuable.

Iā€™m trying to point out that, but I work for SnapshotLabs (the company behind Snapshot, a voting platform), I donā€™t give Snapshot interests. I am submitting this statement on my own behalf and only on my own behalf.

Hi all, I am in the business of promoting cryptocurrencies to the masses, I have my own youtube channel and telegram.
Here is my video from 11 months ago in which I told that I passed the testnet STARKWARE TECŠ¢ŠŠ•Š¢ STARKNET Š¢Š•Š”Š¢ŠŠ•Š¢ Š¢ŠžŠŸ Š¤ŠžŠŠ”Š« - YouTube.

I want to be a delegate because I am passionate about the StarkNet ecosystem and believe I can contribute to its success by representing the community. As a delegate, I intend to play this role by actively engaging with the community, listening to their feedback, and making informed decisions that will benefit the ecosystem as a whole.

The core values that will guide my decision-making are trust, fairness, transparency, safety and reliability. I believe that trust and fairness should be at the forefront of every decision. It is also important to ensure that all stakeholders understand the consequences of their decisions and have access to the information they need to make informed decisions. Finally, it is critical that the network remains secure and reliable to ensure its long-term success.

I have experience managing decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) based on Ethereum and other blockchains. I am very familiar with the governance structure of these organizations and have a good understanding of the basic principles of decentralized consensus.

My skills and areas of expertise include: softare I also have experience in project management and technical writing.

As a delegate, token holders can be assured that I will act in the best interest of the network and its users. I will continue to be actively involved in management decisions, providing feedback and support to ensure the best decisions are made. I will also engage with the community to ensure its needs are met.

There is no conflict of interest in my participation in the management of StarkNet as a delegate.

Hello, Iā€™m Joel, co-founder of zkrollups.xyz, the original ecosystem directory for projects building on validity rollups and zk tech, including Starknet. I was the first person to run and write a guide to Starknet nodes on a Raspberry Pi (Pi 4b and Pi Zero W), and one of the first adopters of the fully open-source Papyrus node. I was a co-founder of numio, the first mobile wallet to be powered by zkrollups, which we released way back in December 2020.

Over the past two years I have been constantly impressed by the high level of innovation and imagination shown by the Starknet developer community. The rate at which the ecosystem has grown and the quality of development by StarkWare and the wider developer community has been phenomenal. It is certainly exciting to see what the future holds.

My experience as a developer, user, and promoter of Layer 2 technologies gives me a solid foundation on which to help guide the decentralisation and growth of Starknet. My work with various web3 projects over the past ~5 years has also taught me no project is infallible. You must give due care and attention to every decision that could impact the project and its users, you canā€™t be afraid to ask questions, and sometimes you have to make difficult decisions. For this reason you can be sure that any delegate decisions I make would be fully informed, well considered, and in the best interests of the Starknet and Ethereum communities.

Conflicts of Interest

Whilst I do not see this as a conflict of interest my companies and projects to date have built on and promoted a number of rollup and zk technologies, not just Starknet. This will not change going forward with the zkrollups directory continuing to remain as an impartial source of information for the masses.

Any requests of Delegators?

Twitter DMs are open or you can find me on Telegram @kitey.

Cheers, Joel

Some core values that might guide a delegateā€™s decision-making include fairness, inclusivity, community-driven decision-making, and a commitment to the long-term health and sustainability of the ecosystem.

In terms of past experience in DAO governance, a good delegate might have experience participating in other blockchain governance systems, as well as experience in community-building and communication.

Skills and areas of expertise that might be relevant for a delegate include technical expertise in the protocol, communication and outreach skills, and a strong understanding of the broader blockchain ecosystem.

Ultimately, token-holders should delegate to someone who they trust to represent their interests and who has a proven track record of working in the best interest of the community. It is also important to consider any potential conflicts of interest that a delegate might have and to ensure that they are transparent about their relationships and affiliations.

Before delegating to a delegate, it might be helpful to research their background, read their proposals and positions on governance issues, and engage with them to ask questions and provide feedback.

Being a delegate in a blockchain ecosystem like StarkNet involves representing the interests of token-holders and participating in governance decisions related to the protocol. Delegates are responsible for proposing and voting on changes to the protocol, as well as communicating with the community about important updates and decisions.

When choosing a delegate to delegate your tokens to, it is important to consider their past experience and contributions to the ecosystem, as well as their core values and decision-making process. You may also want to consider their skills and areas of expertise, as well as any potential conflicts of interest they may have.

In addition to these factors, it is important to consider the delegateā€™s level of communication and transparency with the community. A good delegate should be responsive to community feedback and open to discussing important issues with stakeholders.

Ultimately, the decision of which delegate to choose is up to each individual token-holder. It is important to do your own research and carefully consider the options before making a decision.

Overview

Hello everyone!

I am thrilled to see Starknet take another step towards full decentralization. My initial exposure to Starknet came through Dydx, which I have been using since 2021. Since then, I have explored Starkwareā€™s other products such as Starkex and played around with Starknetā€™s ecosystem. Despite being in the alpha phase, I have witnessed the improvements and efforts the team has made towards Starknetā€™s development. With Cario and account abstraction, I believe that Starknet has immense potential to promote blockchain adoption and change the world.

As a delegate, I am keen on promoting decentralization and DAO governance, which I consider the most significant advantage. I have extensive experience in DAO governance and plan to fulfill the role by learning the technology, communicating with communities and projects, discussing proposals, and explaining them to the community.

My decision-making is guided by the following core values:

Transparency: I believe that transparency is fundamental to the existence of blockchain. Without it, any project is just another web 2 application. In evaluating proposals, I will consider whether the community has been appropriately communicated with and whether they understand the proposalā€™s impact.

Long-term development of Starknet: In the blockchain world, many people and projects focus on short-term interests. As a delegate, I will always consider whether a proposal aligns with Starknetā€™s long-term vision and value.

Participation of the community: I understand that many projects call themselves DAOs, yet the participation rate in voting is often low, leading to results that do not reflect most usersā€™ opinions. I will encourage and explain proposals to users to increase their participation.

Past experience in DAO governance: I have rich experience in DAO governance and have participated through Snapshot. I am familiar with Defi, NFTs, and other L1 or L2 chains.

Skills: I have been an active user of the crypto market since 2021 and possess the necessary web3 qualifications and skills.

I have no potential conflicts of interest with my participation in StarkNet governance as a delegate and will participate respectfully while spreading Starknet vibes.

Thank you for taking the time to read my proposal.

Hello, everyone!
My name is Kirill, Iā€™m from Belarus.
Iā€™ve been in the cryptocommunity for more than two years.
More than a year I work as a technical writer on blockchain project (DeFi).
More than two years I am a self-employed nodes runner. I participated in many projects like: Nym, Aleo, IronFish, Kyve, Bifrost, Subspace, Aptos, and of course Starknet.
Now I am seriously interested in 3 directions: ZKP, oracle systems, web3 social networks. From time to time I write articles on these topics. I will be glad to join as a DAO member one of the most perspective projects in my opinion.
