Overview

Hello everybody, I’m LitG, a community and marketing personnel, who worked with top crypto projects in the space over the years, a co-founder of a great crypto community with many audiences on Whatsapp and Twitter. Currently into infosec and Cairo language to be able to study and understand the StarkNet ecosystem more.

I would like to become a Delegate because it will be a great experience for me as I look to improve myself daily with this exceptional Blockchain to educate StarkNet and larger communities on Governance proposals and community developments. I have been sharing first-hand information about StarkNet with my community and would make sure they play a critical role in participating in decision-making as the Foundation prioritizes decentralization.

I have experience as a DAO participant with GearBox, in which I take part in decision-making through voting, idea suggestion, and Community Assistance.

I possess great skills as a copywriter, content creator, customer service personnel, presentation, negotiator, and designer, who is team-oriented, creative, focused, and a goal-getter. I’m a newbie to programming with Cairo Language as my first.

Delegates should select me as a Delegator as they will have an active ccommunity member with cognitive experience, and the best interest of StarkNet at heart to represent them

Conflict of interests

I don’t have any at the moment

Hello everyone!
My name is Slava, i’m blockchain engineer and have been in the crypto since 2017.
I have a very good knowledge of the key components of the blockchain infrastructure, from consensus, storage, data availability to programming tools, masternodes, experimented with DeFi, traded NFTs, and developed smart contracts.

My skills: python, solidity
Concerning Starknet, I got acquainted with starknet technology thanks to immutablex, and since then I have been carefully following the project and taking an active part

Why should someone delegate to you? Anything token-holders should know about you?
My top priorities in any decision-making process are decentralization, transparency, and security. I strongly believe in the potential of defi and I am committed to ensuring that we stay true to these values. I also see StarkNet as a critical scaling platform for the Ethereum and web3 economies.

I want to assure the community that there is no conflict of interest in my role as a delegate, and if any conflict were to arise, I would immediately inform the community.

Hi, dear community, my name is Andrew. For last 2 years I’m almost full time in crypto. For me it’s a place to learn and find amazing communities of open minded people with fantastic aims and approaches. At the moment I’m diving deep into StarkNet ecosystem, in parallel learning Web3 development at Alchemy University, to understand master my knowledge and I have a dream to make my own project one day.
I’ve already been part of workstream in Gitcoin, participated as an ambasador and learned onchain data analytycs at Covalent, supported tens of projects that I’ve liked and learned technical side of blockchains by running nodes on Cosmos, Polkadot, mined Aleo and Iron Fish and many others, so I consider myself as truely OG here and understand all the processes.
I want to be a delegate and take this responsibility because this will push me to contribute more to this ecosystem and achieve bettere results.
My core values are honesty and justice, and my main law is the code.
For me it would be a great honour and achievement to get this role.

Overview

My name is Loic Moisan, I am Head of Ops at Screenshot Labs. I have 12+ years of experience in the gaming industry (ex-Activision/Blizzard, ex-Riot Games), leading teams across the world through a various fields of expertise, such as Localization/QA, Player Support, Community Management, and Developer Relations.

I’ve always been passionate about new technologies, and I started being interested and diving into blockchain technology in 2016. In 2021, when I met Briyan and the Screenshot Labs founders, I began my education on the endless possibilities that blockchain technology offers, and started to truly understand the incredible potential of fungible (ERC-20) and non fungible tokens (ERC-721). I decided to join Screenshot Labs shortly after to become part of the technological revolution that is currently happening. I adhered to their ambition to truly leave a mark on this ecosystem, may that be through gaming (Game of Blocks), IP building (Everai) or the vision of a decentralized marketplace for a better future (The Ark Project).

Our expertise and understanding of the space have now given us a clear vision for the future. We believe that we finally have the opportunity to create something truly exceptional on Starknet: the infrastructure to scale non-fungible digital assets.

Why do I want to become a delegate, and how will I fulfill this role?

As we’re now aligned on our vision to build a core infrastructure within the Starknet ecosystem, I would like to apply as a delegate to be the ambassador for all builders, creators, and all other contributors to the space that we’re going to work with. I believe it’s important to get as involved as possible within the ecosystem in order to ensure the successful realization of our vision of a fully decentralized marketplace.

My dedication to being a member that always thinks of the greater good of the builders and the ecosystem, fostering meaningful relationships within it, making myself available for it as much as possible, as well as ensuring transparency, accountability, and long-term success will all be at the forefront of my behavior as a delegate.

DAO Experience

I’ve been leading the Everai Council (DAO) project for several months now. Our goal is to enable Everai token holders to actively participate in the development of the Everai IP. The first milestone is about to kick-off into production, and will be focused on the development of a manga, developed in direct collaboration between our creative team and the community. Building in a web3 spirit with the community is a big part of our identity at Screenshot Labs, and it holds true to our beliefs. We also strongly believe that web3 technology is the future of digital experiences for everyone. The Everai Council is one of several initiatives we’re putting in place that are in line with those convictions.

Potential conflicts of interest

Our company’s ability to succeed heavily depends on our ability to help make Starknet a hugely successful ecosystem, since it’s now very closely tied to our company roadmap.
This being said, the Starknet builders’ eagerness to build in a web3 spirit, and their mostly open-source contribution approach played a huge role in our decision to build our solution on Starknet. I’m hoping that this alignment in mindset will greatly mitigate the potential for any conflicts of interest, but we’ll tackle them as ethically and lawfully as possible should they arise in the future.

Thanks for reading/considering my application!

Why should I be a delegate

Prior to my web3 experience, I created a non-profit called Les Ravitailleurs that cooked meals for people in need during the confinements. We onboarded hundreds of volunteers and our chefs cooked 100k+ meals that were distributed for free.

Before knowing about any of the web3 good practices, I spontaneously created a decentralized governance for the non-profit. Everyone was able to propose improvements, every discussion was public and every decision was made by the group.

When I entered the web3 ecosystem, I discovered a way to scale this approach. I first launched Pxls: an art project in which there is no centralized decision. The result of an artwork depends on the ability of the community to coordinate with very little communication.

I believe in democracy, horizontal decision making and decentralization. My past experience show that I care deeply about how to make good decisions together and that’s why I believe I could be a valuable delegate.

But decentralization and horizontality also have drawbacks: it creates inefficiencies and useless discussions sometimes. That’s why I’ll also be here to remind people that the value is in the execution, not only in the discussion.

Potential conflicts of interest

As stated just above, I am the founder of several projects based on Starknet and other web3 technologies. By applying as a delegate, I don’t represent any of these: just myself and my will to keep Starknet strange.
