GM, everyone!
I am an active user of StarkNet ecosystem, liquity provider and node runner.
I’ve been using StarkNet from early stages (spring 2022) in testnet/mainnet.
I want to thank аащк opportunity to get involved in project governance.

I really appreciate how Starknet is using technology.
As a DAO governance I’ve participated in governance proposals on Snapshot.org (Aane, Uniswap, Gitcoin).
Skills: DevOps for different web3/blockchain project, I also familiar with data and blockchain analytics.
I feel like becoming a Delegate would be a forging experience and I want to get involved. StarkNet is the ecosystem of my heart & one I truly believe in. Delegates should vote for me because I’m a very engaged community member who will do everything in his power to make them feel like they have a voice in the StarkNet Governance process. I emphasize for security, decentralization & growth, but I am really in phase with transparency and data accessibility, so I will be committed to developing these aspects.

I am rather new in the ecosystem but I like how Starknet is developing
Governance allows every users to vote the way of enhancing the ecosystem and the direction that the project will follow.
That’s why i would love to take part of this crucial choice as a member of the governance.
I have learned a lot thanks to this ecosystem and its a pleasure to use it.

I know how to function the blockchain, the layers built on it and their underlying mechanism
I am experienced in the DeFi field

I am in some NFTs project and other ecosystem, so I understand the issues encountered by raising a DAO also I’ve already experienced some votes

I think governance could add transparency in the voting process also trustfulness in the ecosystem and its community.
That would also bring awareness and increase its security because the majority will always chose the best way to proceed

I am available for education content related to Starknet and happy to teach to the community information that they don’t know

I would like to represent Starknet through the participation of its governance and remain motivated to achieve this status

  • I discovered the zk-rollups technology for the first time thanks to starknet. I have been following the development of the project since January 2022 and I made my first transactions on the testnet in April 2022 and on mainnet just recently, in March 2023. I am following a number of projects that are developing on starknet, I think that zk-rollups have the potential to overtake the majority of optimistic rollups in time due to their technological superiority.

  • Why do you want to be a delegate? How do you plan to fulfill this role?

  • The core values that will motivate my voting decisions are privacy, security and the expansion of the starknet ecosystem

  • I participate actively in the governance of layerzero and made some votes on moonbeam.

  • I have been in the blockchain world for a few years now, I will do my best to make the best decisions and ensure starknet the best possible development and success.

  • I am a normal but very active user, delegating your tokens to smaller users increases the decentralization of power and thus strengthens the security of the starknet DAO

Hello everyone! I’m Light and I’m applying to become a delegator for Starknet. I am a French crypto-addict who discovered Starknet in its very beginnings. I had the opportunity to test a large part of the protocols deployed and I fell in love with them. The governance of Starknet is a real progress, concrete in which I would like to be able to participate by highlighting my capacities of popularization and translation in French, in particular for the French-speaking community. To be completely honest, my purely technical skills are limited, I learn a lot and I try to compensate for this by actively researching the development of the ecosystem. I see myself as an intermediary who can direct people to specific projects, understandings of DAO proposals and experienced technicians, as needed. I am currently active in the DAO of the COSMOS ecosystem and I intend to be in the STARKNET ecosystem.

Hello everyone! I’m Marik,I am a Software Engineer in the Blockchain Ecosystem who has been active in this space since 2017.I am a skilled software engineer with expertise in Web2 and am skilled in Javascript, and Python. I generally working with Web3 Technologies at the moment. And in the last year I started to be very active in the Solidity program. I still don’t master it perfectly, but I am currently participating in several projects that will help me perfect my knowledge in it.
Over the years, I have been very attracted by 2 narratives from the crypto space in particular, namely defi and nfts. I can say that I have acquired an important set of knowledge during all this time, especially in the sphere of defi.
My Vision for the Future of the governance
Regarding the governance of this new and innovative ecosystem, I come with the promise of a transparent and decentralized vision. I believe that every member who has the confidence to delegate funds must be treated with respect and total transparency, and only together with these things can we create an ecosystem totally decentralized and a strong community.
Why should someone delegate to you?
Because they come with the promise and responsibility of providing total transparency and complete trust. In the past, we set up nodes in the testnet phase for numerous crypto projects with big names including: Aptos and Sui. One of my personal ambitions is to become an integrated part of one of the most innovative crypto projects, namely: StarkNet. I will give all my time and all my attention to supporting the community and its expansion, and I will try to put all my knowledge at the service of the development of this project and I also hope that I will gain new knowledge and develop together with it.
Conflict of interest
The only conflict of interest would be that I currently work in a team that deals with the maintenance of a validator in the Elrond ecosystem, but I don’t see why this would affect my approach to StarkNet. If I am elected, I will resign completely to any other personal attributions outside this project.

I want to see “web3’’ continue to be something really transformative and not just fade into legacy traps because of greed and centralization easy mode. I really appreciate how Starknet is using technology for positive social impact, putting purpose and not just profit front and center and fostering public goods development for the long term benefit of everyone. This is refreshing and equally reassuring at this point in the crypto adoption cycle.

    *In starknet i did sone moves with nft. but it was in time when chain was lilbit laggin. As i see now it fixed at moment.

I started getting interested in cryptocurrency around the middle of 2021, and towards the end I made my first transaction in Ethereum. During these almost 2 years I have learned a lot and I can safely call myself an experienced user. Today I am an active member in such DAOs, as BitDAO, OP Collective, Arbitrum DAO, Stargate DAO, SoftDAO, and other smaller project management organizations. I am also active user of the StarkNet mainnet, but I began exploring and testing this blockchain and its ecosystem projects back in early 2022.
Some of my recent contributions to the StarkNet ecosystem include donating through Gitcoin to projects such as StarkDefi & JediSwap, as well testing and providing quality feedback to projects such as Nostra, Sphinx, Starkswap, Hashstack, and many others. This is my small contribution to the development of the entire StarkNet ecosystem, and now I feel it’s time for me to move to a higher and more significant level of contribtion to nominate my candidacy for the delegate role.
In my view, the most essential element in decentralization is having as many users as possible from different parts of the world working towards the goal of transparent and open decision-making. Even if at this stage, only a few candidates will have the opportunity to become delegates, I am confident that in the future, anyone who wants can purchase tokens and participate in healthy and decentralized network management.
Based on everything I have mentioned above, I pledge to be an active member of the StarkNet community and interact with this community to understand the interests of other members and to counteract any attempt to harm the entire network or the actions of certain individuals or groups who may theoretically seek to profit by damaging decentralization. Staking Eth to beat Solo-preneur procrastination

I tried my hands on Solidity for the first time in 2021 when a friends and a fellow solopreneur told me that a smart contract can help promote productivity and accountability. The idea was to stake some Eth and appoint a third party to evaluate your progress on a task. And you lose your staked Eth forever if you procrastinated and didn’t complete the task within a time frame.

Redline - Intro to Starknet

A friend asked me to do some stuff for his game, Redline. He described it and asked me for a quote. I told him I won’t charge for it coz I was wanted to play around with some blockchain stuff myself. He told me that it isn’t Ethereum but another chain, I was okay with that. The guy was really nice and invited me to become an equal co-founder in the project, which I delightfully agreed to. Needless to say, “the other chain” was Starknet.

Starknet contributions

I did a workshop on developing on-chain games in StarkNetCC Bangalore in December 2022 with Cairo 1. Also make been making some tiny contributions to it since November 2022.
Other project I am working on include Starklings-Cairo1, Creative Cairo, Starknet Hardhat plugin, dojoengine/dojo, dojoengine/cairo, Pathfinder - WebSocket based event subscriptions, Shhtarknet and couple others.

I don’t have any experience working with DAOs, but have read about them a bit.
