Presentation

Hi, my name is Ömer.
For 2 months I have been trying to make an onchain game on blockchain with my own methods. My goal is to transmit the movements and logs from the game to the contract while the users are in the game and provide a return. I discovered that the most suitable infrastructure for this (future versions of starknet) is on starknet. And I first tried to learn cairo 0 and then cairo 1 and starknet architecture. I didn’t have much difficulty in cairo 1 because I have been working on rust for a long time. Now I am trying to make unity integration on starknet with dojo. And at the same time, I am trying to release a Turkish version of the Cairo-by-example project so that developers can adapt to cairo more easily. I plan to bring a revolution to the gamefi ecosystem with Warfare Legends. In this way, I aim to make the gamefi ecosystem strong in the starknet.

Heyy guys, I am OutSmth, designer and artist, mainly known on Starknet for the ducks from Ducks Everywhere, the silly and cute ducks made out of Briq(s)

Past contributions to the Starknet ecosystem

I’ve been actively involved on Starknet since January 2022, and I’ve been working on the ducks collection since April 2022. Throughout this time, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with prominent protocols on Starknet to enhance branding and marketing efforts while enjoying the process. It all started with Briq, obviously, and I also had the opportunity to work with zkLend on a distinctive custom collection. Additionally, I teamed up with Screenshot Labs/Everai, drawing inspiration from Everai’s designs to create ducks for the community event Starkfighters. More recently, I designed a unique duck for StarknetCC as a ticket for an upcoming event in Paris. There are even more exciting collaborations on the horizon, coming very soon.

Why should I be a delegate

I have thus a good understanding of the current ecosystem and its protocols, which I think makes me a good candidate to become a delegate. Over the course of my involvement, I have been dedicated to sharing my creativity and design approach, which revolves around fostering a strong community and embracing a community-centred mindset during the creative process. The ducks hold the distinction of being one of the pioneering native NFT collections on Starknet, and our community has been growing organically, gaining increasing prominence within the ecosystem. By generating value and bringing individuals to Starknet through the ducks, we may be contributing to its expansion and success. While I have primarily focused on building the ducks, I participated recently more widely on other projects developing on Starknet and project myself into building more things on Starknet as I truly believe in Starknet future.

Skills and areas of expertise

I am originally a multidisciplinary designer, meaning I can be very versatile in the design field and can bring to Starknet through different approaches. That’s what brought me to designing the ducks to play around creativity but that can lead to widder projects to create more excitement around Starknet, from a non tech point of view, as the tech is already very exciting from the next steps to come on Starknet :smirk:

Hi all! I’m Teddy. I started as a full-stack developer and later transitioned to becoming a full-time blockchain developer in 2020. I have recently completed a master’s degree in blockchain in Paris.

I have shifted my focus from being a solidity developer to becoming a Cairo developer. I began learning and building on Starknet at the beginning of 2021. Since writing my first line of Cairo code, I have become truly addicted to it. I attended the first Starknet meetup in Paris and also participated in the first Matchbox hackathon with a friend. Together, we started building Starkmaze, a fully on-chain game based on maze generation and depth-first search.
This initial experience motivated me to delve deeper into Cairo and Starknet, with the aim of creating useful and entertaining projects for the ecosystem.

What motivated me to become a delegate?

My motivation comes from a passion for participating in and supporting a vibrant community of developers, researchers, and enthusiasts. By becoming a delegate, I can actively engage with like-minded individuals and collaborate on advancing the network’s goals.
As an experienced developer, I have acquired a strong background in blockchain technology through past experiences and projects. I am using start net ecosystem from last almost 1 year i used test net also and i am using tv now on daily basis

I have already participated in other governance dao voting and here it is a very good thing that if you people are launching or developing something new, then it is put in front of the public, do you agree to it, then the community can participate in it.
