Hi all, Iā€™m Wind Rider, one of the CMs at Starknet, Iā€™ve been in the chemical industry for 16 years, have 7 years of experience in business management, and have been part of the community for over a year now, before that I had about 3 years of crypto

I jumped down the rabbit hole starting with the bitcoin white paper and became fascinated with the smart contract capabilities implemented in Ethereum, before that I didnā€™t feel computers and distributed systems could do such great things, I mean we can collaborate without the control and trust of a centralized entity, which is a further improvement to the way of production.

But itā€™s still early days in this industry, and thereā€™s still a need to keep building and bringing more people into cryptoworld, and the new tools we have now - validity proofs - accelerate that process, and at the same time, STARKs stand out with post-quantum and trustless setup, which makes me believe that it will shine in the world of the future, thisā€™s proof of future-proofing, right?

So Iā€™m willing to participate in this process as a delegate, and I will stick to the core concept of decentralization, and help and maintain the further development of Starknet through constant communication with the community and practical understanding of everyoneā€™s ideas.

Hello everyone, I am an early user of starnet and would like to propose my candidacy for delegation

I understand that delegation is a permissionless and peer-to-peer process, which means that my actions as a Delegate will not be regulated on a protocol-wide basis. Instead, it will be up to individual Delegators and token-holders to make judgments about my performance and actions.

I am committed to active participation in StarkNet governance and staying informed about initiatives in the ecosystem. I will engage in discussions with the community, answer questions, and vote on proposals for as long as I am an active Delegate. I will also act in good faith and in the best interest of the StarkNet ecosystem, reviewing proposals for their benefit to the entire ecosystem.

I understand the importance of avoiding conflicts of interest and will take the necessary steps to disclose any compensation related to my delegation or participation in StarkNet Governance. If there is a conflict of interest, I will disclose it in my delegate profile and abstain from votes that may affect my ability to vote fairly.

I will communicate the rationale behind my votes in a clear and accessible way and publicize my opinions via the StarkNet Forum or other platforms to give token-holders transparency over how their delegation is being used.

If I decide to stop participating in StarkNet governance, I will communicate this via the appropriate channels to allow token-holders to re-delegate before my participation comes to an end.

I believe that StarkNetā€™s decentralization is an unprecedented undertaking, and I am honored to have the opportunity to be part of this community. I trust that the community will hold Delegates to high standards and build a system of accountability that keeps StarkNet strong.

I think Iā€™m a good candidate since Iā€™ve been a builder for a very long time, Iā€™ve been active in the ecosystem, and Iā€™ve become connected to Ethereumā€™s ideals over the years . I have a strong conviction in the Strength of STARKS and the entire StarkNet ecosystem.
