I would like to become a StarkNet delegate, as it would help me dive deeper and deeper into the Starknet infrastructure and discuss its future development. Every day I become more and more convinced that Starknet is the most promising L2, and I will continue to dedicate my time to developing my skills and knowledge of Starknet and Cairo.
My skills and areas of expertise revolve around artificial intelligence and algorithms. I serve as a Community Manager on the Starknet Discord server. At the same time, I am running a community called zk喫茶(kissa, meaning cafe). Recently, I launched a telegram channel, Starknet Japan. zk喫茶 is a large community with over 800 participants and has been running for more than a year, with plans to continue in the future.
Our community is recognized by Starknet developers and core researchers, and we have an influence that goes beyond our numbers. I have been involved in the crypto space since late 2017 and have seen many projects, which makes me confident in my valuable insights.
While there are developers in Japan who are paying attention to Starknet, their number is not particularly large. Additionally, due to geographical dispersion, i think it is crucial for Japanese delegators to be present. I participated in Starkware Session 2023, communicating directly with the team and developers. Through these activities, I can support the development of Starknet.

As an enthusiastic developer on StarkNet, I am deeply invested in the success of the platform, having created Influence, a popular on-chain game. My contributions to the community include the development of a Cairo fixed-point math library 1 and a port of Simplex noise to Cairo over the past year.
Beyond my technical accomplishments, I have established strong relationships with the StarkWare product team, as well as other core and third-party infrastructure teams such as wallets, block explorers, and marketplaces. I would like to share with you my passion for web3 and new technologies, in particular the Starknet project. I’ve been passionate about this project since the beginning and often help out new members of the discord community.
I noticed a few key differences between Starknet technology and traditional Ethereum technology that I would like to share with you.
First, Starknet supports account abstraction, which makes account addresses the account’s external addresses. This is different from the EOA wallet addresses we use in traditional Ethereum technology.
Secondly, StarkWare is a pioneer in the development of zk-STARK, and has developed two main products: StarkNet, a permissionless decentralized zk rollup, and StarkEx, a standalone zk SaaS rollup. In addition, StarkWare was the first manufacturer of the production-grade zk virtual machine (zkVM) called Cairo. Cairo claims to have achieved this by implementing the Turing-complete von Neumann architecture.
Thirdly, the Cairo programming language is used both for its infrastructure and for writing StarkNet contracts. This allows provable programs to be written, where one party can prove to the other that a certain calculation has been performed correctly. Cairo and similar verification systems can be used to make blockchains scalable.

Hello folks! I have participated in the StarkNet ecosystem as an early-stage user of many projects and infrastructure upgrades. It included transactions and providing feedback on testnets, interacting with the Mainnet, and researching the StarkNet development.
My roadmap as a StarkNet Delegator includes these points:

Prior experience
In the past, I have been exploring web3 as an ambassador of projects, participant in educational programs, testnet validator (nodes), and early user of products. This covers a wide range, from writing smart contracts to educational Twitter threads.
My governance experience includes DAO-voting in more than 12+ protocols in different blockchains. I am successfully performing the role of a Delegator in the Optimism governance program.

I coin myself an “on-chain generalist” and am a venture analyst for a VC investing in early-stage blockchain infrastructure and payments companies. I lunged into the StarkNet ecosystem about 5-6 months back and have been interacting with dApps in testnet and new ecosystem products since.
