I don’t know why folks keep discussing this eligibility criteria, I believe only the project foundation has the right to determine eligibility and they do that base on data available to them. Except folks plan to influence the decision of the foundation. I would implore everyone to wait for the Foundation’s announcement on eligibility; my only question to the Foundation is why is doing their work taking so long? I will guess the technology is ready and the community is ready. Let the movement begins!
