It’s very good initiative to know how much people is engaged with Starknet for a certain period. However, if there is any KYC for the eligible participants, may I know the procedure? Moreover, how team will filter sybils by only filling the form if there no other criteria is involved while filling the form?

Will there be a second wave to submit an application? There is a mistake in deadline (23 November 00:00 UTC) - this was actually 23:59 UTC as confirmed my moderators in Starknet discord. Unfortunately the incorrect time threw me off and I didn’t submit thinking that I was late. Apparently I was not. Please consider re-opening the form for the second wave or 1-2 days.
